It's amazing how getting Carmelo and George actually made them worse. There's only one ball I guess. |
Westbrick's selfishness is rubbing off on the other two. |

I think 8th seed is out of question. There is some teams a lot better than us. Memphis and OKC first coming to my mind. No way , with these players, we can finish 8th.
We do not have any post presence, defense is actually looking good but nothing special and we do not have consistent leader on the court.
No way. |

Unless Memphis and OKC burn themselves to the ground... Clips too. Slim chance but it's a race to stay afloat |

Anywhere between 8-10 seed with Lonzo, BI and Kuzma (probably include Randle too) leading the way is what imo is a realistic goal. 8 seed will be difficult for this young team but the star max FAs are likely to look favorably on this team if it’s a 35ish win, 9 or 10 seed with the young guys leading the way. |

Short of significant injury to both Westbrook and Paul George, that's not going to happen. |

The reality is the we are only 2 games out of 8th place and that is probably how this entire season is going to play out, the hope is that we get a hot winning streak going as Ball improves and we get better with taking care of the ball, the way we played against Golden State last night was a great sign that we are a lot better than our record and we match up well with the Warriors, we just have to find a way to win these close games where we are shooting ourselves in the foot with turnovers and missed free throws... _________________ Hambuger! Lakers win.
Okc losing.
Utah losing.
We can be 2.5 games back if 8th. 3 from 7th.
Keep the dream alive. |

Even without counting I have to assume we let like 7-8 games get away. |

I actually agree. I took "homerism" into account. As fans we always feel we should have won. So I cut it in half to be realistic. I think we realistically should have 3 to 4 more wins. |

Teodosic played tonight against Toronto. If he can continue to play, their situation should at least stabilize. |

I’m leaning towards no, it’s gonna really depend rather the Lakers make some sort of trade to bring help, as it currently stands with the same roster... we will probably be close but end up missing the playoffs by 6-7 games.... I don’t think anyone expected Lopez to be this bad, and he’s doing everything possible to destroy momentum when he’s out there... so unless we bring in a star like PG or Cousins.. we are likely headed towards another missed playoffs. |

I don't see us making the playoffs either. We lost so many winnable games already this season (PHI, PHO, SAC, GS, NYK, LAC, MIL, etc.). Even if we won half of those games we'd be 6th seed in the West. Not to mention, we are facing a tough December schedule. We should be 6-7 games back from the 8th seed by the end of the month in my opinion. However, this is all a part of the process for a developing young team. |

I have a feeling we will get hot post ASB and sneak into the 8th seed. At it takes is for one Injury or trade to change things. _________________ The most important shot in basketball. |
