Is Boston contending for a title soon? They are built post GS. We would have to decide what our objectives are, not just throw a bunch of names together. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

I know that Abrines 100% started the 1st and 3rd Quarter matched up against Dipo...and appeared to be matched up against him the majority of the plays included in the 10 minute summary video of the game until late in the game....and PG-13 took on that role only because Roberson was not playing last night. |
Dude, you watched a 10 minute video, I watched the game. I'm telling you what happen in a 48 minute game, you telling me what you saw in a highlight video. Let's move on. |

I have a feeling if LeBron chooses LA, Ingram will play the part of Wiggins in his Players Tribune piece. |
It would make sense |
That would be the dumbest thing FO could possibly do. Give away Ingram’s entire career for a mid thirties lebron with one foot into retirement. This isnt a 26 year old lebron, or even a 30 year old lebron. This is a dude who would be 34 during his first season with us. He’s got what, 1-3 seasons after that as a top 10 player. Everything looks fine and dandy now, but age catches everyone. Hell Kobe was having one of his top 5 seasons prior to blowing out his calcaneal tendon. And we’re not winning anything within the next few seasons anyways. Go with pg and a guy like cousins who still has 5-7 years of prime to grow with our young players. |
You either try to win a title or you don’t |
Exactly why we should roll with our guys plus Pg and Cousins, and alter the team after that as we go, 30 year old pg and cousins plus 23 year old lonzo and Ingram, plus 25 year old kuzma and Randle will be legit contenders.. Lebrons not winning another title. It’s the long haul, not a 1-3 year window with lebron. Especially with golden state and houston at their peak. |
I don’t disagree with you. I will be impressed if we sign one star FA. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

Here we go again with this position stuff. George is one of the better defender on Harden. Last season, Harden went 3-17 against George in January. IIRC, Harden has his worse shooting percentage of his career while being guarded by George. |

I don't consider either George or Ingram as proven ball handlers at the sg sport, although they are very solid for SF's. |
And there isn't any good FA option. IMO Bradley isn't a great ballhandler either. PG13 can run an offense. |
I think Bradley is much better at it than PG.
Has even played some point guard in the past.
But really, if it's PG and say, Cousins - then who cares - you take them and worry about roster balance later.
If it's just PG - we'll be able to shore up SG too. |
I think if it's just PG, then they'll want to play PG and BI. Not sure they start any of them at "PF" either. |
I think there's a very reasonable chance that Ingram's future is at pf. |
Positions are much more fluid these days. Teams will substitute in a shooting guard for a center. They'll roll out lineups with three guards and two small forwards. It's reaching a point where you can't define positions by a player's size, skillset or even their role anymore. |

Klay isnt beating him off the dribble either, and this are the only things that matter. |

If it's PG, BI, and Kuzma. It won't matter. Thats three guys that can switch and guard 1-4. |

Pretty bizarre that kcp is being held out for personal reasons on the eve of when he is eligible to be traded. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

KCP trade restriction ends Dec 15... Rob Pelinka has always talked about how the lakers would potentially be involved in trades past Dec 15. Salaries match?
Lol let's go PG13 |

Apparently he's not with the team so maybe it is really just personal reasons. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

KCP, Nance, Hart and Zubac for PG13! It would be fair. |

Brewer, Lopez and second round pick more fair | I agree. Though, the trade that I proposed actually makes for a good win now team, though Clarkson and Rnadle will probably be gone by the deadline . |

12/15 is not a deadline. Players that signed in the summer are eligible to be traded starting on that date. It would make sense to hold kcp out of this game tonight if he was going to be traded. He becomes eligible at 9:01PM PT. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

I doubt it’s a trade. It seems too early for a deal but who knows, especially with Magic and Pelinka. |
