Is it confirmed he's playing? I read they were gonna see how he does during the shootaround then decide on his status.

Not confirmed yet but he did mention that he doesn't want to miss anymore games so I say its >50% chance that he plays. I'll update OP.

I think the key to winning without Lonzo is Clarkson getting hot. His advantage is offense. He needs to maximize it.

I need to check the stats but it feels like the Lakers always have a great record against the Grizzlies. Should be an easy win.

When you have won 11 out of 32 games there are no easy wins.

Bill Oram:

Luke Walton says Brandon Ingram did everything in shootaround this morning and is trending toward playing tonight vs. Memphis. Would be on a minutes restriction.

as long as it is as many minutes as Luke played Ennis, Caruso and Brewer together last game, we should be fine

Kuzma with 30+ plus points with atleast 3 3pointers, 5- 10 rebounds and about 5 assists. Hopefully he is more focused than steamed up about the past 3 loses. Luke needs to run more plays for him, the same plays he runs for KCP.

Clarkson at least 20+ plus points with more efficient shooting and would love to see him shock the world with atleast 10 assists, hey at this point we all can dream, right?

Randle 20+ points and 10 plus rebounds, not easy against Gasol especially with Luke peculiar time constraints not withstanding that he could to serious damage in the paint if defenders chase after Kuzma on the three point line (granted if Gasol is on the bench).

Hart with 10+ points and 10 rebounds with about 5 assists. Him and Ball as a defensive backcourt tandem show some signs of something special - that needs to be a topic.

Ingram, I hope he is back especially if Clarkson is primarily focused on scoring as the point guard so that he hands the reigns to Ingram at times as the primary ballhandler. My ceiling for Ingram in this game is a potential to near triple double or scoring 20+ to 30+ points.

KCP efficient and wise shooting and no forced heroic. If we are lucky to seal the game let him have all the shots.

KAT, Wiggins and the addition of Jimmy Butler make the Wolves a team to be reckoned with. They're 21-13, they'll make the playoffs. I don't think any team is really that willing to face them in the 1st round.

The Lakers are showing a lot of improvement. They've been right there in a lot of games. They need a closer.

If BI needs to be put on a minute restriction why play him at all in a meaningless mid-season game. It's not like we are going to shock the world anytime soon

Lakers will lose another close one.

Julius Randle will have a triple double in 8 (yes, 8) minutes of play - but will be benched along with Caruso, Ennis, Brewer and Bogut for going scoreless in a 3 minute stretch. Luke will cite "lack of spacing" for the benching..

Jk! Lakers by 20!

Let's go Lakers!
