Needs some consistency. Green shut him down today, which shouldn’t happen unless it’s Draymond Green.

If the Noel trade is on the table, the Lakers should do it now...

A C that can jump and catch lobs from Lonzo. Swoooon.

Randle (bleep) the bed in front of Pelinka was definitely a step in the RIGHT direction to trade him.

You would expect him to step up as a team leader in these kind of games, being one of the more experienced and talented guys remaining, but another dud without Lonzo. Oh well, onto the next one. Hopefully he bounces back.

With Noel in the middle, the Grizzly scrubs likely don’t get layup drills.

I really can't stand watching him dribble.
Like that bobble off his head that fortunately bounced to kcp for the 3.

Lakers need to do him a favor and trade him to his hometown, as you watched him play on Sunday... you can see how much effort he would bring playing for the Mavericks and Dallas... Cuban is crazy enough to take a chance on him.

4th year. Yes, he was hurt in Year 1, but he should've been watching film, observing practice and working on his mental game - which is where he is weakest.

To be sure, he's talented and is an asset. But his best contribution to this team would be either as a means to dump Deng or as way to add a #1 pick to our inventory.

it's time to trade Randle. The glut at PF is a problem, and we could use another backup wing player or backup PG.

Would the Grizzlies trade Tyreke Evans for Randle? They're tanking, and Evans is an unrestricted FA. They could use Randle going forward, and possibly pair him with one of the unicorn big men at the top of the draft.

Meanwhile, we get a nice player in Evans. 19.8/5.1/4.6 on 57.4 TS%. He'd be the perfect 6th man to run the second unit offense.

Lonzo/Evans
KCP/Clarkson
Ingram/Hart
Kuzma/Nance
Lopez/Nance

Closing unit: Lonzo/Evans/Ingram/Kuzma/Nance

That's a much, much more balanced roster. Nice 9 man rotation, with no more minutes for Ennis/Brewer.

Such a fun board. We go on a win streak with everyone healthy and Randle in the starting lineup playing well.

Then down two starters, Randle sort of struggles playing beside Ennis, Caruso - and its back to "trade the bum! Low IQ! Blah, blah, blah!"

The hate for this guy is epic. I don't think anyone expects him to carry the Lakers on his back. But he is certainly a valuable piece when matched with the right additional pieces.

The guy pouts when he doesn’t get pt or touches now has the chance to be focal point of offense and stinks it up with the usual dumb play he’s been making since his rookie year. Shoulda got Lavine

You must not watch Lopez play. He pouts every possession he doesn't touch the ball. Noticeably. With gestures.

Are you really clueless enough to think that one performance will make up Pelinka’s mind? It doesn’t work that way in the grown up world, our FO will evaluate their decisions on scouting, not some fan knee jerk reaction.

Tanking would be a good summation of his career. We have been actively trying to lose the entire time. And some of you complaining were all for it. You don’t deserve the right to complain.

All Cuban has to do is offer a contract, we would probably get destroyed if we try trading with him.

The level of hate on a 9/8/1/1/1 performance in just 22 minutes with just 1 turnover is both predictable and befuddling.

Yeah he was 2-7 shooting, but two of those were three pointers and one was a half court heave to end a quarter. He was 5-5 at the line. He didn't get back into the game because the Lakers were making a run in the fourth. That squad (minus Payton) had saw the deficit grow from 11 to 20 before they made that run. If Randle gets back in the game he almost certainly has another double double. He certainly wasn't the issue tonight. They often ran the offense through him and he made some nice passes out of it, though only got one assist out of it.

The problem tonight was Ball and Ingram being out. The offense never really flowed.

Agreed - Randle wasn't the problem today. He produced while he was out there.

But again, went through 2 very long stretches without seeing the floor. After he was taken out in the 3rd, did he even see the floor again?

This game got away from the Lakers when Brook and himself were taken out of the game. Went from around 10 to 20 in a blink of an eye.
