Averaging 23.6 points and 5.2 assists on 32 minutes on 45.3% from the field and 40.0% from three. Clippers are playing .500 ball despite having lost Chris Paul-- this means the downgrade from Chris Paul to Lou Williams only cost them ten games, and maybe less if you account for the injuries to Blake Griffin this season.

I am not entirely sure what "all star level" means.

If you're asking whether he deserved to make the team over guys who actually made it, I'd say no.

If you're asking whether I think he deserved the injury spot to replace Cousins, I'd say no. Paul George would have been my choice too.

If you're asking whether he's in the ballpark of guys who made the team, sure.
