Lopez back in form and patrolling the paint. Team looks great when he's out there. |

He has the green light to brick from 3 and it's absolutely puzzling.
Our C situation has been so bad that we can't even get the better Lopez twin. |

IMO Brook Lopez had his best game as a Laker last night.
Yes, he scored 34 against Brooklyn but that was just him being hot from 3. Last night, he was all around really good. |

Yeah, it was good to see him work the post a bit and actually finish and even grab a few boards. He needs to do more of that and mix up his game instead of just settling for the three all the time. |

He looked good on O around the basket. Very effective at those <10 footers. |

I think Pelicans will be interested to get Lopez. The question is how? |

I just wished he stopped jacking up 3s. Easy bail out for the opposing team when he does this. It's not like he's a great 3 point shooter by any stretch. |

Sorry, maybe we are misusing him since he's not producing like he was last year, but I don't want Lopez starting or playing many minutes with us. I don't care who says what about Lopez starting next to Randle is the combo we should have been playing all along. It looks terribly slow and painful to me. I would like to see an athletic center out there who can rim run, block, and switch out a little. A WCS type player comes to mind. I know we need a spread the floor big next to Randle, but we also need someone who's not jacking up bricks 3 feet behind the arc, or flinging prayers from the post.
And our post offense I pretty atrocious. We'll sometimes post up from near the three point line and back the defender up all the way from there. That's the stupid stuff that drive people crazy about Dwight and Blake. If Lopez or Randle want to post up, get yourself under the basket, and hopefully whatever G League guard we have on the court at the time can make the pass. |

Brook should likely get MLE level money. If I were NO and he was available I would consider signing him to the MLE. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

Wow. Just checked. He played 8 minutes. Ennis played 10.
I don't understand Luke's logic. |

I'd be upset/frustrated too if I played less than Tyler "Luke's son" Ennis. Brook is trash and a certified brick but less mins than Ennis bad? Not that trash. |

Yeah, I understand not giving him many minutes down the stretch against a team like Chicago that plays five out, but Brook should've been in there to attack Biyombo and Speights in the post. If Luke was worried about spacing, he could've put Kuzma out there for a stretch with BroLo. |

I feel bad for Brook. He's a veteran playing with a bunch of kids. He wants to be on a team that makes the playoffs. He didn't ask to be traded here. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |
