Loved these guys. They were the two "oldest" players of our core (age 25), so I'm glad they'll get to taste the playoffs while they're still young.
EDIT: On another note, to cap off this eventful day, I finally reached 1000 posts!!! ...and it only took me a little under 10 years. Progress. |

To LA: Words can’t express what it meant to me to wear the Purple and Gold. As a kid from Texas, playing for the legendary Lakers was nothing short of a dream come true. For the last four years, this city has watched me grow, LA has become my home and the incredible people here have become my family. I am proud of everything I have achieved as a player, teammate and in the community and want to say thank you for all of your support during this journey. Gonna miss ju, my brother ty, brewski, kcp all my sons jbarkley, slenderman/ ting dawg , kuz, zo, tb and the rest of my dawgs. I will always have love for LA and I will continue to show support for this community, even after I leave. Thanks Lakernation

Sad to see both go. Maybe they’ll come back as FA or join Spectrum as Lakers analyst especially Nance when they decide to hang it up. _________________ Tacos |

Clarkson mentioned Julius first. I always had a feeling they were tight, since they were drafted together.
*Clarkson was technically traded for, but yeah. |

When I read JC and Nance's messages to thank Laker Nation, I'm thankfull that there are no hard feelings, and it shows that the atmosphere here in LA is pretty good, I think players love Luke, Magic and Rob.
Just out of curiosity, of all the players who were traded from Cleveland, how many of them were thankfull to the Cavs organisation ? |

It was only 15 games, but still an experience that I’m grateful for. Thank you to the Cleveland Cavaliers organization for granting me the opportunity to rock the wine and gold this season. God bless and see you on the other side. |

Random thought:
You know how in Dunk Contests sometimes players take off the jersey they have on cause they wearing a jersey under of some old dunker to pay homage...
What if Larry, wearing his CAVS uni, takes off his jersey and is wearing his Laker jersey under and dunks in a Laker uni, being its in LA this yr.
Lol, someone needa relay this message to him. Would be cool af |

Larry was by far our most impactful player based on every advanced stats.
Hopefully it won't affect us too much, especially on the defensive end.
He ranks 35 in the entire league at 2.07. |

If Caron Butler who only played 1 season can get a job as a Lakers analyst, so can Nance! Or JC if he wants to go that route. _________________

Larry Nance Jr., thank you for the dunks, rebounds, and defensive intelligence.
Jordan Clarkson, was always great to watch you play when you got hot. You were the start of the rebuild, the first young player we added in the Dark Days after Kobe's injury.
Best of luck to both -- except when they play the Lakers! _________________ Chick Hearn and Vin Scully. How lucky are we? |

Nance is the type of guy LeBron would love playing with. Maybe he tries to convince his other Akron brother to stay in Cleveland?
Or when LeBron does come here, Nance will follow suit in 2019. _________________ Tacos |

Yeah. But I don't think nance takes them over the edge against the Warriors. As we know, he can't and won't shoot. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

@CavsNation
Newest #Cavs players to come from #Lakers to wear both jersey #8 (Jordan Clarkson) and #24 (Larry Nance Jr.). _________________ |

Bear in mind, Nance/JC will be in their first playoffs. Nance gets to go home. Not all's lost for them at all. Well, Ohio's women vs. LA women for JC. Sorry bud. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

I’m rooting for both, they gave it their best.
Maybe JC had some underwhelming moments, but the dude helped the lakers win games, especially this season. |

However, we need JC/Nance to help with tanking the Cavs to the best extent possible for the 2018 Cavs pick. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |
