Agree that KCP should be out. He is awful lately. I do not see Bryant in rotations TBH. Randle, Lopez, Kuz and LNJ is our C/PF rotation. Brewer is OK for 10 min to replace BI. Even Hart can cover SF because of his strength.

Luke played with Frye in Arizona.
Wow.

Frye and IT gives Luke new toys to play with. Particularly Frye since we didn't really have a stretch 4 before.

Gotta be careful with our defensive rotations, though

Lakers tied for 11th worst record in the league.
Great improvement.
Only 6 back in the loss column from 5-8 in the West.
Great game coach.

@LakersReporter

Quote:
Walton said it’s easier to integrate new players when the team is winning and playing well. “We play a fun style of basketball. We compete. We run. We play fast.” Thinks that should help Thomas and Frye, and Walton is already close to Frye, which should help that transition.

Good use of Zu tonight. Pushed Adams around a bit.

I mean, what do you expect people to say? It’s pretty self-evident that he lost the team two months ago.

Luke is growing before our eyes.

Now hire some real assistants.

Luke, don't change the starting line-up. Have IT come off the bench and give him Caruso's minutes (after Caruso's 45 day limit).

Won 12 of 16. That's impressive, especially considering it came off a 9 game losing streak. Luke deserves a lot of credit.

I also liked that he found Kuzma some minutes at small forward tonight. Lakers need to see if they can make that work.

Five minutes here or there. It would help shorten our rotation nicely.

Luke knew what he was doing last year, force feeding Ingram all of those minutes at PG, its really paying off now and will help his development for years

Happy for Luke! Pathetic how fickle some of the people in this thread are. The next 3-4 game losing streak you'll have clowns back in here calling for his head no doubt...

I hope Luke has IT come off the bench in a JC role. I don't think I want him finishing games because I believe his height will be detrimental to our defense. Who knows though, but I hope he comes off the bench. I'm happy that magic made it clear that lonzo is our starting point.

Would you trust anyone over IT to make a FT?
