And with this move, we can say goodbye to one more of the ugly headband look.

Consummate professional. Gonna miss Corey tbh.

Wonder how much the Lakers will miss him on the court? His defensive energy was infectious and produced results. Now two high energy defenders in he and Nance moved. Will be interesting to see how the defensive stats will change going down the stretch.

Interesting comment too. I wonder if a not so veiled comment about the Deng situation.

definitely was a pleasant surprise.

i think it's even safe to say he was responsible for a few wins this year with his infectious energy

He was a big part of winning @Houston, @PHX and a couple of other games.

Good luck Brewski- hopefully you don’t go to OKC...........

unless it’s as a secret mole working for the Lakers.

Corey Brewer - one of the legit nicest guys in the NBA, and a very disruptive defender who hustles like crazy. Only knock on him is he can make mistakes on offense and doesn't have a consistent shot.

I'm gonna miss him though. Best of luck to Corey Brewer - I really hope he lands a decent NBA gig somewhere where he can get more playing time.

Best wishes Brewski. I used to think he was the only player on this team that understood how and when to make aggressive cuts to the basket but I see more players doing it now and our offense has improved. I give him some credit for instilling that in our young roster as well as taking pride in defense.

Hope the Rockets pick him up so he can be back with his family.

I liked him and he surprised me with what he offered given that he was basically an afterthought in the Lou Will trade.

But honestly I'm surprised there is interest in him from play-off level teams. I mean he wasn't exactly anything special for us.

Best defender on the team. True Professional. Seemed like a good mentor. Thanks Brewer for keeping it together while you were here.

Now who backs up Ingram at 3? Hart looks like our backup at both 2 and 3 right now. Better hope he stays healthy.
