I just noticed that hes shooting 42% from three in the GLeague and its on 3.0 three point field goals made per game. I wouldn't be surprised if he is signed to a 10 day.
I had a feeling that was going to happen.

Shot 42% from three point range on 3.0 makes per game. Hes a stretch 4, so either him or Kuzma will slide over and play some 3. He knows the system already too, which of course is a huge plus! Welcome back Travis Wead.

Kudos to Travis; he has paid his dues and at least deserves a look.

While with the SB Lakers Wear averaged 16.7 points, 8.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists, shooting 44.5% FG and 41.9% on treys.

He recently competed on Team USA in the FIBA World Cup Qualifying first round.

Saw him play with the Lakers last Summer and in a few games with the SB Lakers, he plays with decent confidence, hopefully that will care-over with the big team...

So did I. I blurted it out yesterday on the FA thread before realizing he's not much of a replacement for Hart. Hope Ingram's able to play. I hope Travis displays some of this improvement if he gets PT.

This signing is literally like they're lurking on LakersGround and just went "(bleep) it lets just sign him and watch them freak out"

I mean really out of the anonymous white dudes on our Summer League team he was second to Matt Thomas. Which one of them was it that Caruso made the joke about it being a white guy to white guy alley oop and explaining how rare that was?

I think that was Thomas. He was lights out and for some reason was not picked up. Apparently he's playing in Spain?

He played very well tonight. Was crazy seeing him in there during crunch time and holding his own.

If nothing else Travis Wear is consistent. That was not a fluke game.

This is what he has done consistently for the last two seasons with the SB Lakers. He can shot, rebound and his defense is solid. He may not wow you but he is fundamentally sound.
