In Europe I think. He was a Sixers stash pick. _________________ Darvin Scam: https://media.tenor.com/images/3c15249955860a4b16b59e8ae035fb75/tenor.gif |

yeah, his NBA rights are the property of the 76'ers....and apparently they are very high on him....uninterested in including those rights in any trade deadline deals. |

would more than happy take a flyer on Hamadou Diallo in the 2nd Round if he was still on the board |
check that...just saw that is pick #43....and I prefer the guy listed @ #44.
has Young down @ #9....this is where I predicted he would fall....I fully expected the Young / Sexton debate going into the team workouts.

Trier at 57? LAL should just buy the pick unless it interrupts their capspace plans.
I doubt he goes that low anyway. _________________ Resident Car Nut.

if Landry Shamet is only a Sophomore....and is not a 1st Round lock....why do people expect him to declare?
actually a lot of under classmen listed in the 2nd Round....I get why guys like Duval would be forced to declare....but most of those guys probably should stay in college. |

What does Shamet have to left to prove at the NCAA level?
Also, junior.

Then they can just go all out on Randle and have their big 3 young core of Dennis Smith Jr, Julius Randle and DeAndre Ayton. |
LOL.
If Dallas get Ayton, they aren't going to be going after Randle or any FA's. They will build through the draft. |

I don't see Trier as an NBA prospect.
Undersized and limited athletically. |

pretty sure he is a sophomore.....medical redshirt 1st year....and its not about proving anything.....its about ensuring guaranteed money.

There is no point to adding 10 wins with Randle and then having no cap-space to add to a true max player.
They are better off losing because they are young. |

I'll just strongly disagree there. If anything I think he's underrated athletically because he has a very "average" wingspan for an NBA PG, but sub-average for an NBA 2/3.
Frankly, I don't understand how a guy that shoots 62% 2pt, 39% 3pt, and basically averages 20ppg, known prospect, doesn't even get a shot at the NBA level. _________________ Resident Car Nut.

Pretty sure they would rather have a player as good as Randle over a fringe 10th pick next season. _________________ Darvin Scam: https://media.tenor.com/images/3c15249955860a4b16b59e8ae035fb75/tenor.gif |

It would be wrong to merely dismiss the struggles Trae is having as the season goes on. This kind of overlooking was done with D’Angelo Russell who struggled mightily against NBA quality defense in his freshman season at Ohio State (JP Tokoto and UNC, Terry Rozier and Louisville, TJ McConnell and Arizona), which foreshadowed issues Russell has continued to display in terms of both decision-making and his driving game. I don’t care if stopping short is a good move. This is basketball. You aren’t supposed to be stealing the moves of Frank Costanza.
I think this paragraph is fantastic. |

You know I'm with you. He played terrible in the last 2 games of the Pac-12 Tournament, but I'm chalking that up as an aberration. |

If they have Ayton at the 5 and Barnes at the 4, do they pay Randle 15 million to back them up? |

I am still looking for the first bit of real evidence that they have any interest in Randle....when I listen to the media that covers them, the claim is they are expected to wait until the 2019 free agency to spend.

Barnes would play the 3 and Randle the 4. I don't know how often Barnes is playing the 4 this season, but he's better suited as a 3. |
