He had a couple of nice possessions defensively that stood out to me. I will say I like the Kyle Kuzma with the ultimate green light a little better.. BUT being told to reign it in and make the right play will probably benefit him in the long run.
Dude is a baller. I can't wait to see what the Lakers are going to do with this upcoming draft. |

Clear Kuzma is feeling that ankle now. X-rays clean but he's favoring it visibly postgame in the locker room _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

"Competitive spirit" was a good way to describe Kuz's performance, but just not because of playing while hurt. He missed a lot of shots early but continued to rebound and stay aggressive until those shots started falling. It was impressive how he turned around his night. |

Good news with the x-rays.
Of course he’s feeling it now though. The game just ended and the adrenaline is gone.
I give it a good night’s rest with an ice bath and sleep. Hopefully he can be ready to go. _________________ This Signature is now sponsored by Big Baller Brand |

Watching the Spectrum highlights, you can see Kuzma talking trash to the Nuggets bench and giving Murray a “nah” head shake.
3rd quarter @10:10 mark
4th quarter @5:05 mark

It will feel worse in the morning. I would expect Kuzma to be out the next few games. It sucks because our lineup is thin already w/out Ingram and Hart. It's gonna be tough to keep winning with the injuries and the desperate playoff caliber teams we will be playing soon. |

I think Kuz will eventually be a deadly closer. Dude is tough to defend and he has the swagger needed for a big game closer. |

Really like his toughness tonight. Draining big 3s after coming back with that ankle.
He'll be feeling that tomorrow though. |

Because he was taking the shine away from two of our #2 overall picks. A lot of fans didn't like that and he also plays the same position as Randle. Trust me if he were a top 5 pick for us this board would be going crazy over him. |

kuzma fans are SO sensitive. i actually got a PM from a member months after i made some post.
which player has ever been immune to "hate" on LG? go read the magic thread from earlier in the season titled "official tragic johnson thread" or the kobe p&m thread opened months after he won back to back titles. |

This. Early in the season Zo and Ingram were struggling and Kuz was ballin out. Then Luke tears him down for taking bad shots while giving BI a green light to launch himself like a kamakazi. Now BI has turned it around, Zo is trending up, and Kuz hit the rookie wall. Its just a matter of time before Kuz is a permanent starter. His skill set is too good to be a a bench player. |
