I thought it was a makeup call for the blown out of bounds play seconds earlier... |

The pressure of being down 2 points and a tied score is different. |
Assuming I used the shot finder on basketball-reference correctly, I have Lebron at 65% on FGs to take the lead in the final minute of the 4th or overtime in the playoffs for his career (13/20). And, small sample size, but 3/3 from 3 in those situations (including that most recent shot). Given his success in those situations, I'm skeptical it would have made a difference. |

Nope. Down 2 and tied game are totally different animals.
Tied game and you shoot last...provides you with an overtime.
Down 2 and a miss ... a likely goodbye.
TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. _________________ Kobe's Top 5 Dunks, 81 points, MJ last gm @Staples |

It isn't getting media attention, but the league also ruled that the out of bounds play was called wrong. The Pacers should not have had the ball. |

Surprised the refs didn’t review both plays. Either way hats off for the amazing game winner if both missed calls negate each other (though goaltend is an automatic 2 points). _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

You can’t review a call that was never made. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

In favor of some players and teams more often than others it would seem. Like when random player A gets called for a travel, but Superstar players X and Y are allowed to take three and four steps on a regular basis. |

Pretty crazy how much this may have affected the ECF.
Yes, LBJ still made that crazy 3 point game winner, but who's to say they go more conservatively if they're down by 2 (as opposed to tied)? _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |
