Can we see this list for BPM so his DBPM is accounted for?

One & Done PGs by BPM (minimum 41 games)

1) Kyrie Irving = + 3.3
2) Lonzo Ball = +1.7
3) Brandon Jennings +0.9
4) John Wall = -0.2
5) Tony Parker = -0.4
6) Derrick Rose = -0.6
7) Stephon Marbury = -1.0
8) Jrue Holiday = -1.8
9) D'Angelo Russell = -1.8
10) Brandon Knight = -1.9
11) Dennis Smith, Jr. = -2.3
12) Jamal Murray = -2.6
13) Mike Conley = -3.0
14) Dante Exum = -3.8
15) Frank Ntilikina = -3.9
16) Emmanuel Mudiay = -4.3
17) De'Aaron Fox = -4.4
18) Dajuan Wagner = -5.2
19) Denis Schroder = -8.3

When more than scoring is factored turns out he's not terrible

Lonzo Ball - 2018 offseason to-do list:

1. Fix That Jumpshot
2. Attack the Gym (weights)
3. Keep LaVar quiet (Good luck with that one)

If he makes FT's and 3's at a reasonable rate he turns into game changing player.

75% FT
35% 3FG

That would take our team to the next level

What LaVar says is irrelevant to Lonzo's focus. It doesn't bother him. Maybe people need to stop always bringing it up because it obviously effects them more than it effects Lonzo, and they try to project how they feel onto Lonzo and act like it's for the betterment of him, when in reality he doesn't care.

Lonzo's form isn't the issue, when he consistently fires it from the right spot without missing it. When he raises it just slightly(his high school form) it's essentially like Durant's form.

We even saw him going back to it slightly during his 'hot streak' and Magic referred to this as well in the end of the season pressers when it came to Lonzo's jumper.

Besides there's more to Lonzo's game than his jumper, and he does that more at an extremely high level for a rookie and in general. All are good signs. Ya'll focus on his jumper way too much when the adjustment to 'fix it' doesn't even have to be that drastic.

How players shoot as HS sophomores is never the same form the have when they grow
Lonzo's form was consistently his unique form this year he didn't raise it to any degree close to KD

Shame. I wish Zo took on his sophomore HS form again.

Same.

Heck I even used Lonzo's form in 2K18 and then in the jump shot creater mixed it with KD's form and raised it just slightly so that it was like his high school form.

I now rarely miss from three

I don’t know about the last comment, but it would be a big step in the right direction. I would add a third item: Get FTAs per game up to 3.5. Ball had one of the lowest FT rates in the league among players who played a lot of minutes.

He needs to do so, but I don't expect his FTr to ever be very high because 1) he's just not wired to draw contact at the rim, and 2) his 3PAr is going to be insane.

Lol... considering Ball would be the first player in NBA history to every do that at 21 years old or younger, I'm sure you (and every Laker fan) would be quite happy. I see your Russian benefactors up your salary once the offseason hits. Good for you making that money.

He doesn't necessarily need a high FTr like, say, Harden. He ought to be closer to Curry or prime Kidd. If he can't manage that, he needs to get rewired. Otherwise, it's a hole in his game.

Lonzo averaged about 10/7/7 this year. If he has a Ingram level of improvement I think 13-16 points 8 rebounds and 9 assists doesnt seem too unreasonable.

Do you know how many players ever averaged 15/9/9 in NBA history?
Only Oscar Robertson, Magic Johnson and Russell Westbrook.

Just stop posting (bleep), for Christ's sake.

how do we know that's not photoshopped?

we're going to need full video evidence, with 6 in person witnesses, and a signed document to confirm this. i'll also need record of his workout schedules to ensure that i can sleep at night

4.(second most important thing to work on after jumpshot) Work on ability and become more aggressive at getting into the paint and scoring. If he becomes a threat to take it all the way to the bucket, it will open up so many more easy bucket opportunities off his passes.

There's one thing Magic and Rob want him to work on, and that's his body. They laid out pictures of MVP candidates, at age 19 and at age 23 when the player was MVP like. And the difference in their bodies was the key.
