In case any of you were interested, Boogie was already following both George and Randle, so that art of the report is bogus. He says he stopped following the NO site when it had an article on whether they should re-sign him, and he got caught up reading the comments. He said he didn't know everyone would know he unfollowed it. _________________ “We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Why so firmly? |
Because of his Achilles injury
Because of his salary demands
Because of his play style
Because of his past attitude issues
The risk far outweighs the potential reward IMO |

His injury is the only thing that concerns me. He outplays everything else. |

Oh yeah, that little injury thing. Don't you think it is kind of significant?
As for his attitude and style of play, Cousins has no sense of self on the court. Reminds me of how clueless that D. Howard was. Only Cousins is worse. Going to be interesting to see if the Pelicans actually go all-in to re-sign him or just give it lip service and a low ball prove it offer. |

Boogies biggest problems were:
Attitude & Motivation
Could some someone please explain how adding a severe injury to the list makes him worth the risk of a max contract?
Attitude & Motivation & Severe Injury

It doesn't bring a smile to everyone's face and I say get that crap outta here. LG is a good place to get away from that (bleep). Don't bring it here. |

Pretty much my thoughts exactly on Boogie. I'd be shocked if Magic and Rob throw max money his direction. I'd rather keep Lopez on a one year so he can stretch the floor for Randle on offense, protect the paint on defense. |
