If they weren’t dealing with Noah’s contract I could see it, I think Brooklyn is the better trade partner as Sean Marks isn’t afraid of taking on contracts. |

Jud did a great job coaching the summer league team this year. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

Jud strikes me as the kind of guy who could be a head coach someday. He'd probably be a similar coach to Luke since they both played under Lute Olsen and Phil. If he takes this NY gig it probably means he has those aspirations. I'd hate to see him leave. _________________ “Christ did not die to forgive sinners who go on treasuring anything above seeing and savoring God. Better hook up pick #37 if they want that to happen. _________________ Austin Reaves keeps his game tight, like Kobe Bryant on game night. |

What with this trend of people moving from LA to NYC? Wasn't it always the other way around? _________________ Lakers 49ers Chargers Dodgers |

Unless he really respects Fizdale then you’re post is spot on. |

Good, with his stellar playing career, he should be able to help the Knicks... _________________ “Always remember... Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.” |

he's one of the few guys I like on our bench so hopefully we replace him with somebody significant. |

assistant coach is a promotion from player development. this isn't a lateral move, i don't think. _________________ substance over style |

He's only a player development coach, so whoever replaces him if he does end up leaving would only be filling that role. I'm sure Luke would pick the right guy, just as he did with Simon. _________________ “Christ did not die to forgive sinners who go on treasuring anything above seeing and savoring God. Jud's energy and enthusiasm are contagious. He seems to bring out the best in young players. He's done a remarkable job in the summer league and will continue to do so.
If he does go, I wish him the best.
Let's hire Metta as an assistant and the team bouncer. |

He’s a player development coach. He sits behind the Bench during games. In NY he’d be an actual assistant and would sit on the bench and get more money. Not much else to read into here lol. Just a better opportunity |

Gilbert Arenas? He was a teammate.
Of course, if Channing Frye or Richard Jefferson opt to retire, they'd be likely choices. |

"Buechler was mostly in charge of working with the young Lakers bigs (think Ivica Zubac and Thomas Bryant) during his time with the team. Yes, Zubac took a step back last season, but Bryant remains a source of incredible promise for the Lakers’ future at that position."
And the Knicks still wanted him? |
