They don’t use PER or PPG, the two just align. It’s like if we said name the best bands of all time, theres a good chance they have a lot of record sales biut not because you are using record sales. |

And his dad didn't help things either.
If he played 20 more games, and his dad was some unknown behind-the-scenes dad, might be a different story. |
He's also too unusual of a player. Sort the rookies by PPG, and you're pretty much gonna get the All-Rookie teams. It speaks to the quality of the voters more than anything. |
On top of his dad and missed games.
But thankfully all rookie teams mean little long-term. I mean MCW was the ROY for crying out loud. |
and JC was first team |

Article says that Kuz ”has added noticeable muscle.”
Does he have the same trainer as Barry Bonds? |
Sorry could not resist.
Did his head size get bigger? Acne on the face? Then maybe.
I had one more to add but it is kind of crude. |

If Lonzo improves next year, and the next I wonder how much less than the max he would take for his next contract extension. |

I will try my best. |

Lonzo has got to learn to shoot.
If not for himself, for LaVar.
The Lakers have endured a lot of talk by LaVar. And you
know what it is.
And some of the things he says you wouldn't say to your best
girlfriend or best friend.
The Lakers have made many mistakes Mosgov/Deng. And even
second round pick Russell is among them.
The Lakers are stuck in Hollywood.
But sometimes they have to be considerate and treat someone nice. |

Yup, if there IS one thing that Lavar can actually speak with some authority about is being a trainer. Gunnar and his rubber band workouts showed terrible results, lots of injuries...lingering ones. Lavar is right. |

I never got a good feeling from Gunnar. Had to mute him on twitter. Seems very gimmicky.
But I have close to zero knowledge on his training methods so what do I know.
MJST is right though, Amoila is legit |

here's the thing about Gunnar. His work on Kevin Love and changing his body was GREAT, but at the same time, look at Kevin Love's health/longevity of his body against an NBA schedule and how it's held up or rather not held up over the years.
It just goes to show there's a difference between preparing people for movies, and getting a body ready for the grueling NBA schedule.
But they throw Amoila in there with Lonzo? ....
Or heck, even the prospect of Amoila working with Thomas Bryant and Zubac on their bodies is a fantastic idea, especially when it comes to his approach on explosiveness, etc.
Like I said, Gunnar was legit in the case of Kevin Love, but even Kevin Love's body hasn't really held up that well over the years. I don't want to say they're related, but you kind of gotta shrug your shoulders a bit. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

Lavar makes excuses for everything regarding his son. First it was coach Walton and now it's Laker training. Gunnar used to work with Kevin Durant. Not a bad client. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

Yeah, he was also Tatum's trainer last off-season and Tatum's very much reaped those benefits, particularly in a year where he's in the playoffs. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

Amolia worked with Randle and got shredded and played all 82 games, Fire Gunnar yesterday as far as I’m concerned. |

The hell...?
Gunnar Peterson is also one of Tom Brady's small army of personal trainers (Since 2008, after Brady tore his ACL and MCL). You know, the guy who's the QB GOAT and is rewriting the history books on QB longevity...? |

The Peterson stuff is interesting because Bogut tweeted this yesterday:
Mind boggling @NBA teams (and pro sport teams) hire “Celebrity” Trainers/Strength/Workout ppl! Working w world class, high earning Athletes! 🤔 Great at instagram posts and edited workout videos but don’t be fooled. They sell the sizzle well, but don’t know how to turn on the BBQ.

I’m was a bit thrown off when they hired Peterson but Kevin Love’s durability can’t be attributed to how Peterson trained him. Some players hold up, others don’t. That can just come down to genetics or bad luck. |
