And let's not forget Bogut was a Laker last year, he got to experience Peterson first hand.

I hate to say it, because I like Lonzo, but his dad is a cancer... I would trade Lonzo if I got anything close to a fair offer...

Ball never played an NBA schedule of games before. The odds of injury go up as you play more games. People are too focused on Peterson handling the Kardashians he also worked with many of Pelinka's former clients. They didn't bring him in based on his celebrity clients.

And seriously did Lavar teach him to shoot? Why didn't he fix his shot when he was a kid instead let him maintain that really bad form where it is now tough to fix at this point in his career. Lavar needs to just shut the F*** up.

The rigors of the NBA's 82 game schedule can be brutal. The wear and tear on the body challenges even the best athletes. This is world-class activity.
LaVar is delusional at best. He knows that this is not college or high school.
Well I guess he got the attention that he wanted.

The issue here is not whether Gunner sucks or Gunner is great, the issue is that this moron continues to BASH members of the Lakers staff openly, publicly and without any regard to the organization, even after the FO has asked him to share those thoughts directly with them in lieu of going public with him. He is not going to learn nor shut up, i think that is quite evident. What do you all think is going to happen when we don't draft or sign LiAngelo? can't wait for that public barrage. Would be nice if Lonzo would just once come out and dis credit his dads BS. He does not and this half the problem as it when you say nothing people are more inclined to believe that is also how he feels. At what point if any do the lakers finally wipe their hands of both?

Lavar is a huge narcissist who feeds off all the attention and drama. Nothing is ever his fault or by extension his kids' fault. You see alot of this on social media sadly. The media needs to stop giving him the platform but that won't happen due to the clicks. I don't believe Lavar is capable of shutting up not to mention he likely considers any publicity to be good for his so called brand. GMAB.

It is what it is....The Lakers certainly knew the baggage they were getting when they drafted Zo. Hopefully if we just ignore him and don't fall for the clickbait maybe the media will finally move on to the next big story/big mouth.

Yep it seems it's not just LaVar saying it, but Bogut saying it too. And Bogut was there.

Didn't he also work with Kevin Love and Kevin Dursnt? Durant won MVP that season.

But he's right though.

They hired some dufus dweeb who trained the Kardashians and other reality stars and had BI and Zo missing 30 games

But the Kardashians never missed a game due to injury

But look at what they did to Lamar.

Remember Lonzo is never at fault when something doesn't go as expected.

UCLA not winning it all = too many white guys
Lonzo sucking against Fox in the NCAA tournament = injury
Lonzo blowing his first workout with the Lakers = sick
Lonzo playing badly = Walton's fault
Lonzo playing badly = His brother is arrested in China and he can't concentrate
Lonzo's injuries = Lakers trainers

I am sure there are many more that I have missed.

I'm good with blaming LaVar on Lonzo's shot and pick and roll IQ.

Geez is there a piss and moan thread already?

Teams deal with all sorts of crazy personalities. Lavar is not the first one, stop giving him that kind of shine. Lakers are not that worried.

If what Lavar said had no impact on Lonzo, I agree, who gives a (bleep) what Lavar thinks.

However, you have to wonder if this excusing mongering is one of the reasons Lonzo is soft and even a bit mentally weak.

Ingram
Pg13
LBj/kawhi
kuzma
Randle

The Lakers arent going to trade Lonzo because of anything his dad says. They knew exactly what they were getting into and they don’t care. As they shouldn’t.
