The talk about his family being a major part of his decision would seem to indicate LA as a better option. There are more opportunities for his sons to develop with the better high school programs and performance training centers based out of the west coast.
Just look at how many prospects are training around LA to prep for the draft. |

Not with PG and that has been the plan for a year now. No one thinks LeBron would come alone. |
Even with Paul George Houston has a top 5 player in Harden along with CP3 and Philly has a 50 win team spearheaded by two generational prospects. _________________ If Brandon Knight were to come out, I would take him number 1 in the draft. - Magic Johnson Mar 27, 2011

I voted for "Somewhat Confident" as I think it is about a 50% chance with Cleveland still in the mix. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

Lebron has a flair for the dramatic. So if everyone thinks he’s going to LA, I wouldn’t be shocked to see him head somewhere else. |

Why include CP3 when he won't be there at the later stages of the playoffs? And Embiid is a major risk. LeBron would put the weight of his next 4 years on Embiid's health. Good luck with that. |

As long as Dan Gilbert is their owner, I give him 0% chance of staying there. |

I don't see Lebron coming without PG13.
I can see PG13 coming without Lebron.
If both decide to come to the Lakers, I think both will take $2-3m discounts so that the Lakers can keep Randle and just stretch Deng. |

why would LeBron go to the sixers? Simmons cannot shoot that well and needs the ball in his hands. embiid is a walking injury waiting to happen..plus they showed zero heart vs the Celtics. plus, I think LeBron is tired of management that cannot be trusted..this latest scandal with their gm doesn't help.
LeBron going to the spurs. I just don't see it. they have a history of not really paying guys. too much is riding on kwahi's injury and them putting enough around LeBron. market is too small. I don't see it.
Boston is just a pipe dream. Kyrie being there and that whole deal.
The only two scenarios that make sense to me is Houston or LA and I actually think LA should be the favorite.
I think Houston has to do a lot of maneuvering to obtain James and it might just deplete much of their team in the progress. Then, James is depending on a often injured and declining chris paul for the next 2-3 years? Top Heavy all over again.
If I'm James, The Lakers are my best bet, especially if the Lakers can keep most if not all of their young talent.. They have the cap space to acquire Paul George too boot. You need hungry youth to match the energy on both sides of the ball to beat a team like Golden State. If Lebron is smart, he gets with a winner like Magic Johnson ( let Magic bring in George ) and a couple of veterans to fill out the roster and ride these young guns to the promise land.
That's my 2 cent. To me Lebron to LA (considering) everything makes the most sense. I can see Lonzo spotting up wide open from a pass from Lebron now...and I expect Lonzo shot to be better....can't be any worse than Houston missing 20+ straight 3's or all those eggs Kevin Love put up game in and game out from 3. |
I guess people are just playing the game of "count the stars", but I don't see how he fits at all in Houston and Philly. Maybe Houston even worse with the prospect of playing with another iso monster. |

I'm somewhat confident. As more information drips the closer we get to free agency opening the better I'll feel about my thinking. I don think that the players in the league know where he's headed. |

I would not be excited at all. He’s not a Laker.
Superstars that move around like him make it harder to root for one team. If that’s the direction the sport goes in I will just stop rooting for a specific team (Lakers) and start picking my favorite player and root for him instead. _________________

The bigger shocker will be when/if he doesn't and people go "But his kid attends high school out here!? How could he play in Philadelphia during the season but live in Los Angeles full time!?! It doesn't make sense!!" _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

What's going to be humorous if/when it happens is all the people, especially on this forum, who dismissed every single breadcrumb that he’s left over the last year and just laughed and made a mockery of it. Don't ask yourself why you never saw it coming. Ask yourself why you did and simply chose to close your eyes. _________________ “Christ did not die to forgive sinners who go on treasuring anything above seeing and savoring God. No question that there's legitimate reason to think LeBron will become a Laker. As for placing odds on it though, that's another question. I consider 'somewhat confident' as meaning odds well above 50%.
There are several teams in the title hunt now, and they all want LeBron. Are the odds about 40% he becomes a Laker? I could agree with that. Are the odds 60-70%? To me that's a stretch. |

i doubt it. lebron doesn't like pressure. and the pressure of wearing a laker uniform with all the greats who have won all of the championships would be too much for him.
he wants to go to a loaded team in a smaller market.
He will go to either Houston or SA.
Possibly Philly if he wants to stay in the weak Eastern Conference. _________________ Dominating every day. |

I suppose if you post that enough and keep seeing it, that might sound real, but LBJ wants the biggest stages, always has. _________________ “We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.” ― Elie Wiesel |

I am confident he won't sign with the Lakers. _________________ "Now, if life is coffee, then the jobs, money & position in society are the cups. If you added a few more dots to the final sentence I would have thought this whole post was a parody on Lebron haters. |
