Anyone who even listens to anything Broussard says is a (bleep). KD isn't going anywhere. I mean, duh. Stupid to even say anything, Chris, you numb nut.
I like Broussard he always gives love to the Lakers. Even in our down years. No other insider would show love outside the locals of LA. But he would go on national Television. And support the Laker process. Not sure why you have so much animosity towards that.
Chris and Colin are good dudes. Showing Laker love and USC love.
Please listen to this LG board. Skip and Shannon and Chris agree Lebron and KD makes the most sense for Lakers.

I don't think anyone here needs to be convinced that LeBron and KD is more desirable than LeBron and Paul George. That's pretty plain. But what actually matters is that there are no good reasons at this point to believe it's something that's actually in play. KD already told Rachel Nichols that he's staying. This scenario is just not on the table, so it’s hardly worth talking about. _________________ “Christ did not die to forgive sinners who go on treasuring anything above seeing and savoring God. Regarding finals MVP, KD said it's more of a challenge to sign among lots of great players. Well, take the challenge of signing in LA even with Bron on your team. That's the ultimate challenge.
Yeah I'm not surprised, but hopefully that's just to get him to sign the contract. Then afterward they're like, yeah you know your track record of leaving teams in ruins after a couple of years with your "moves" isn't that great so let us help you out a little here...
I've ruminated the same thing, likely for the same reasons Emplay did. KCP is a Rich Paul/Lebron client, Randle is not.
We'd be paying Randle mostly for his defense. Randle's limited offensive set overlaps with Lebron's. As much as he's improved on that end, if one of the two is going to barrel to the rim it SUUUREE as hell isn't going to be Randle. _________________ KOBE

Enormous mistake, if true. I’m doubting it though. _________________ “Christ did not die to forgive sinners who go on treasuring anything above seeing and savoring God. And people who would be happy in heaven if Christ were not there, will not be there."

Randle at center was one of the most efficient roll men in the league. He does the dirty work on the boards. He can fly up and down the court in transition. He gives the team a fifth starter who can grab and go. He can adequately attack smalls in the post on switches and has improved hitting cutters and shooters when doubled. And when Lebron sits Julius can get a few possessions per game barreling to the rim against reserves. I fail to see the redundancy. _________________ Under New Management

Lakers fans really need to be on social media trying to start (bleep) between KD and the Warriors.

I meant SHINE and SHINING. That wasn't auto-correct either. LOL! Why does the brain do this? I've done this many times with other mixed up words.
At the end of the day, that might not be a bad thing.
I can see Lebron assuming more of a leader-mentor role for our young core, building something special and not living under so much pressure, he might enjoy that idea.
I'm sure Magic will make LeBron feel invested in the team, but I highly doubt he would just abdicate all power to him. That would not be Magic-like at all.
Nothing wrong with that especially with Magic and Rob helping him steer the path. I’m a big Kobe fan but LBJ has the ability to get guys to play with him.
We have three big assets (BI, Kuz, Lonzo). I would reluctantly give up one of them (we're talking about Kawhi), but that's it, and it sure as hell wouldn't be for CP3.
Other than that, we worked too hard and tanked too long to get these assets. We need young pieces to build on after Lebron's gone.
