No, the man said his family will be the most important factor, not Kobe. |
I doubt he would admit if kobe is a factor. Like Kobe ultimately not signing with the Bulls when he was a FA. |
We’re talking about the same guy that shocked the world by leaving Cleveland that first time (and won), then did the unthinkable by returning there (and won again). Now all of a sudden he’s afraid of pressure? I don't understand the logic. At all. |
Its not about pressure. It’s more like going on someone else turf. |

I initially thought that too, but now I feel the town would be so enthused to have "Showtime" back that any kind of lingering Kobe-icon-pressure would be non existent. The buzz that his signing and hopefully Paul George's would just mean a new era for the Lakers and Lebron. |

Lebron wants to win now so it depends a lot on if we land PG13
I’m hearing conflicting reports on whether pg13 intends to come here or not (to me, it would be stupid to stay in OKC imo)
So, it’s hard to say. I will say, however, that I’m much more confident in magic and rob than I was with Jimmy. |

This thread was started 3 weeks ago. I see some of you have already given up. Since the thread was started I have gone from somewhat confident to very confident. All of the bread crumbs and all of the clues that have led us to this point give me confidence he will sign with the Lakers. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

Not completely sold on the idea that hes coming. It really comes down to the choice between lifestyle or winning for him. I have no idea what he truely wants at this point of career. I cam still see him playing in elite level for next year. Maybe he will choose to sign a short term deal with win now teams like philly. |

Anyway, he's not coming. Said the same thing about Karl Malone last time and we all know what happened. |
Karl Malone was a Laker in 2004, what are you talking about? |
Anti jinx. |
Ohhh |
It came through again. |
