Here we go, Mo!

Love this kid's shooting ability, low post moves, and high-octane motor.

He's a winner with a lot of intangibles and a passion for the game.

He was at least a 1x All-star.

he annoyed me in the championship game his emotion got in the way but he's a well rounded player... I can see him developing into a decent role player in this league if he keeps playing D.

Welcome to the Lakers! I have learned to not second guess our scouting department.

I was hoping for Williams but I'm not losing any sleep. The Lakers have a good track record drafting and the late first is such a dice roll that Mo seems as good of a bet as anyone. Randle/Kuzma/Nance/Ingram insurance if anyone of them get moved (Nance is gone obviously). Sucks that Williams got by the Celtics.

Love the pick. Hard working gym rat with an unbelievable motor. Will stretch the floor and will excel at pick and roll.

Eh............I really hope this is another unexpected homerun pick. He was not projected anywhere near the first round.

Really really odd pick.

But it was like I said in the draft thread, we were going to pick somebody that nobody here had on our board like Nance and Kuzma, and then love him after Summer League.

Like Hart, a winner. I'm also noting that the Lakers have been building their late-1st and high-2nd success on upperclassmen.
