Lillard is top 12 or so to me. But....I'll stick with keeping KL in 19' with Bron and the young guys.....

even Oregon agrees this would be a good move: https://www.oregonlive.com/blazers/index.ssf/2018/07/trail_blazers_damian_lillard_should_ask_-_demand_-.html

works in the trade machine: http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=y7uan8qb

would likely have to throw in hart or pick to make it work

I don't see why PDX would trade Lillard. Nice to dream, though.

The title clearly says "reasons why Dame should want a trade" not the Blazers. I think Dame is one of those guys with the mentality that he wants to go at the league with his own team and wouldn't want to form a superteam

You can only trade for him after you sign Kawhi anyways By that time, we will have a better idea on how Lonzo/BI look.

Last reason on the article: Blazer would get Lance Stephenson

That trade has an obvious flaw.

Nobody has EVER explained why the Blazers would want to trade Lillard at this point (or even Anthony Davis for that matter!). These dudes are first team All-NBA players who have 3 full seasons left on their contract. Sure they could demand a lot in return but it's not like Portland would avoid paying the tax if they got rid of him, and they would surely just be a worse basketball team.

That's not to say that these guys couldn't be traded closer to the end of their contracts, but it's clearly like the people that start these rumors are excused from actually using their brains.

That would explain the Rondo signing, the old man won’t be able to embarrass Lillard in the playoffs again.

lol...yes pass on LIllard, let's all go with Rondo. What are you saying, you would rather not get LIllard? That's insane.

Not a big fan of turnstile defenders. We are doing fine at that position.

I would like Dame next to LeBron. But I don't want to give up Ball + BI to get him.

As of now, packages for BI should be reserved for guys such as Giannis, AD or Kawhi.

Stephen A. is a joke. I took that Damien tweet as he's happy either way, whatever happens. Don't know why everyone took it like he wanted out or something

Would much rather have Kawhi. Much better player who really moves the needle in terms of winning a championship. Dame is nice but he’s a liability defensively and we’re not winning a ring with him as the #2. Dame as a #3 however.....

Kemba Walker next target? Will only take one of Lonzo or BI to fit our cap with KL. We might be able to dump Deng in the trade too.
