Nah. He has a good trainer Clint Parks. GT saw him a few weeks at the training facility and said he was noticeably bigger.

Saw this on YouTube earlier. Everyone needs to see this video or Kuzma and Hart pranking shoppers in Vegas.

Bump. Bump. Bump.

My favorite Kobe-esque Kuzma game.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=SQDbduUxnfo&t

Something has to be said about being able to step up to take over a game, and just all the different ways he did in the 4th quarter alone.

That's the willingness to win that Kuzma has over Ingram right now. I think it is just a strong will mindset that some people have in the game. Ingram, I think is more like AC Green, maybe a passive James Worthy type. For the most part quiet on and off the court, sleepy eyed look, more quiet leadership than militant up front leadership like Kobe, Magic types.

KCP ain’t an Alpha. Just because he went to jail don’t mean he became one.

Not yet. Kuz, has a bit to go on defense, but his measurables and his determination can get him there’re. BI might be closer, but neither can stop a true center just yet. I’ve seen BI guard Durant, when they were both playing the 5, but he guards Durant anyways. Kuz plays Porzingis very well, by taking away his space and using his length to alter shots. They both have a real chance at small ball center someday. The only proven small ball 5 we have is Lebron, but he seldom plays it. 2016 vs the Warriors comes to mind.

They have different personalities, but Ingram is anything but timid. He has an attacking mindset and has shown a bit of flair in heated moments. It's just a difference in how they express themselves.

This whole ALPHA/BETA thing is a bunch of (bleep).

What makes Lonzo not an alpha? He broke high school basketball, dominated at UCLA, was the 2nd pick and is the face of a successful BBB company because of his persona. Is it because he's a pass first player?

What makes BI not an alpha? He keeps to himself, he works hard and no one really (bleep) with him. Any scrap he's near, he gets involved. He 100% fits the quite alpha male archtype. You know those dudes who keep to themselves, but everyone respects and no one (bleep) with?

And what makes the other guys alpha? Because they take more shots, because they're louder or because you find them more attractive?

I'm confused how this works. Plus if we got 7 alphas, we got a whole new problem to worry about.

We have one alpha male on our team and it's Lebron James. Everyone else better find their role and try to fit in.

Never shy about approaching the legends of the game, Kyle Kuzma made a phone call as soon as he heard LeBron James chose the Lakers.
He called James.

“It was very short; he was headed out of the country,” Kuzma said of the conversation. “It’s a bunch of excitement. Getting one of the greatest players of all time. Not too many players can say that.”
Kuzma was in Las Vegas on Tuesday to watch the Lakers’ summer league team win another game, beating the New York Knicks 109-92.

No. But he can play 2-4 IMO depending on who else is in there with him.

Yeah, BI is definitely an alpha based off of what Luke and Magic have said about him. The fact that he's kind of quiet and to himself doesn't mean he isn't an alpha. He went into last year believing he was the man and that last year's team was his. Granted, he’ll have to take a backseat the next few years, but he’ll be learning a lot from LeBron and the other vets about what it takes to be a leader.

He's physically too weak and small for Center currently. Last season he was being bullied by some PFs let alone centers. I'd rather LeBron play some 5 in short stretches this season

BI is Alpha. If he wasn’t he would have been traded along with Deng right after DLO.

Mychael Thompson was on today with Marcellus and Travis. When asked to rank the current young core he said Kuzma first, Ingram second, Hart third then Lonzo. He just love Kuzma's game and confidence.
