HIPPA rules

Wrong. Ramona said Lonzo's camp hasn't told the Lakers not to talk about it.

That is not how HIPPA works.

Agreed.
Just because someone doesn't mind... Doesn't mean you can disclose their medical info.

I think you're supposed to have an arch in your back. I don't think your butt is supposed to come off the bench but I'm no expert

Ball camp ain’t stupid, they see signs...so whatever ways they can prolong the situation and create doubt to other teams keeps Lonzo in town. Also, BBB is predicated on Lonzo succeeding in LA. If Lonzo is shipped to another city...BBB fades away. Magic is a shark, don’t let the smiles fool you. He’s probably bothered that he passed on Tatum and Mitchell...dude hates to lose...especially to a Celtic. Father Ball knows that and is probably reading the obvious tea leaves...

1). Magic doesn’t refer to Ball as the face of the franchise;
2). Ball camp see kemba in their rear view window;
3). Pt guard position is now open — announced by Walton and Pelinka;
4). Ball is the Lakers 3rd best young player...and Hart is gaining fast;

If your glutes stay on the bench and you are using your legs and posterior chain to engage leg drive, yes it is proper form. Obviously there are tons of little things but that is the gist of it.

3 months and they're STILL deciding if he needs surgery or not? A meniscus surgery is somewhat minor, but it can still take 6-10 weeks to fully recover from. The more time wasted, the less time he has to recover and start rebuilding strength.

The fact that this is still ongoing seems to point to more FUBAR's from Lavar

We really don't know if he had it or not. Mid June was when he got back on the court, so he could have had it in April and just started some on court work in June. PRP injections don't keep you off the court more than a month. Bynum got one once during the all star break and was back in a week. Westboro got one at the beginning of camp last season and was back within a week or 2.

We don't know what happened, just a bunch of people here making stuff up

His lower back coming up is fine as he's he’s retracting his scapula properly, which you do and tighten your core, his elbows are proper and his base is right.

my worry is him raising his butt. You do that usually primarily when you can't lift it any other way, his spotter should be aware of this and be helping the lift, because a good lift usually doesn't involve you lifting your butt, scapula and core is fine. But your butt shouldn't lift unless you're struggling to do the lift, and if you are, your spotter is supposed to have his arms on the weight, helping you lift, otherwise you can eventually screw up your back.

You'd assume Gunnar should know this....

You must be family. I can’t win this argument. Since u family, you stay with him in Marina Del Rey? All of y’all that pass through the lobby need to take turns passing the ball to him to get shots up. Btw...passed kemba? You crazy.

I don't get why people keep saying this.

First of all, nobody expected Mitchell to play how he did. Second, we drafted Lonzo to replace Dlo because we already had Ingram, which reduced the need to draft JJ or Tatum. There's no reason to be salty about Tatum being great because he had a better season than Lonzo. For all we know Tatum could end up busting and Lonzo could have the better career. Nobody is getting buyers remorse this early.

Had a touch of help from the spotter. Amazing when the bar is going up that slow how much difference just a finger touch makes in not having it come back down on you. Not sure what the rest of his routine is but I hope three reps near max is a rare thing for his shoulders' sake.
