Great to see that his performance so far this season is being recognized!

Now if only Muncy somehow can make his way in there too!

Looks like Chase Utley is holding a press conference this afternoon.

Nobody knows what it's about, but what else could it be other than a retirement announcement?

Ohtani and Trout should just go to the Dodgers when their time is due. Waste of time toiling away and I actually don't mind the Angels either.

Maybe if the NL adopts the DH in time for Ohtani's next contract. As for Trout, it really is a shame. The Angels tried this offseason, too, and spent money to try to improve the team. Cozart was struggling and then got hurt, Kinsler looks just about washed, and Kole Calhoun (his game last night notwithstanding) has been atrocious. And their high-risk starting rotation where everyone was an injury-risk has broken down, to hardly no one's surprise. I don't think Arte Moreno will have the stomach for trading Trout anytime soon, and it will be interesting to see if they are willing to spend again next winter to try to address 2B and a corner OF spot. And Ohtani's health will be a huge question going forward, especially as it relates to pitching.

Ughhh - tied 4-4...Man on 2nd base with no outs, and we couldnt score him. That first out strikeout by Taylor was brutal. Needed to move the runner over.

Dodgers lose....stranded bases loaded situation in the 9th and leave the tying run in the 10th.

Bases loaded didn't matter because it was with 2 outs - It was more about having a man on 2nd, with no outs. You have to bring that run in. Not gonna lie...I'm definitely thinking about Machado right now. Also, how the (bleep) do we keep getting killed by Calhoun??

Finally returned the favor to those Red Commies from the I-5 South to lead a strong surge leading into the All-Star break...gonna get some startimg pitchers back yet the bullpen is a disaster still.

Note to self. Get seats on 3rd base side next time. Almost died at yesterday's game.

The heat was crazy. Dehydrating myself with beer didn't help either.

Yes. It's going to be a great match up. Current Dodger vs Future Dodger?
