grilled a prime NY strip and a choice NY strip side by side
prime was +$12

We go to the same dentist. Just call 1-800-GRILLZZZ and ask for Big Shlomo.
If you have a pet, he'll hook them up too. |

If you can't tell, then you either got the steak from a less than reputable butcher or you cooked the hell out of it to a point where the difference was lost. |
