We haven't had a vertical threat like him since maybe Dwight?

I'm surprised no one mentioned he shoots 3s

I'm wondering if he is on that short minutes restriction with the Lakers. I think if he can play effectively for 24 minutes, he could very well take minutes away from Zubac.

Otherwise, I think we play the 3 headed monster; McGee, Zubac, Beasley each get about 16 minutes a game.

Beasley I think is the end game center for offense and free throw shooting.

I want Beasley to be second in center rotation. He’s a scoring threat that will bring guys like Adams and Noel outside the paint. I’ll add he’s a capable passer too.

I just can't see him playing enough minutes to get anywhere near that. He hasn't averaged more than 18 minutes a game in 6 years, and hasn't gotten over 11 in 4 years. He only averaged double digits twice in his career and not since 2012. And he's never averaged more than 8 rebounds a game in his career. If he can give them something like 9/6/1.5 that would be great.

Everyone shoots 3s in the summer. Less so in games.

Looks like he’s trying to add a 3pt shot to his game.

I wonder why he didn't shoot them in GS.

Better that he does it here especially if he can make em, that will open up his game even more.

That would fit with Zubac as first center for shooting and spacing. Then McGee in at the 6-8 minute mark followed by Beasley starting the second quarter.

We had no answer for Jokic when McGee sat.

Jokic was no answer for McGee when Javale played.

He's better at his two point game than Brook was at his 3 pt game. I think he may end up with career numbers playing with Bron, Rondo and Lonzo.

at those who said he would play only 10-12mpg.

Look at our other center options. He HAS to play 16-18mpg at least.

Really wish we kept Brook and had Javale as a change of pace big man off the bench though. But Javale played very well last night and thank goodness we have him.

Yeah, I really wish Brook was here.
Beasley and Stephenson have no place on this roster, IMHO.
