This is who Lonzo's assists went to last year, on a per game basis. Interesting info aside from that as well. Pass = Passes made to that player per game.

I would venture to guess that the passes to Brook were mostly 3pt shots or off rolls to the basket/transition, that Kuzma/KCP were 3pt shots and that Randle was mostly rolls to the basket/transition. I'd like to say based on those numbers, that Zo is going to have a field day passing to McGee but, then again, you look at the % of passes to Nance which would seem to imply the opposite. _________________ LakersGround's Terms of Service

Nance sets decent screens, but sticks on them a lot of the time rather than rolling. He wasn't a huge PnR threat in Cleveland either. His weaknesses impact his volume on these more than his efficiency, IMO.
I think Lonzo will have a similar connection to McGee that he had with Ike Anigbogu at UCLA.

I'm hoping for the same with Zubac and, to a lesser extent, with Lebron. In a lot of ways, I imagine Lebron pretty much sliding into the same spaces and actions that were designated for Randle last year. That's probably one of the reasons Randle was truly expendable - he was replaced by a better version of himself who will likely play the same role in concept (even if expanded to more possessions).
I really am curious to watch some Zo/Lebron two man action, especially if Zo can show improved shooting next year. _________________ LakersGround's Terms of Service
When can he start working out again? Running? 5 on 5's?
We haven't been given that info. All we know is that he'll be ready for training camp. _________________ “Christ did not die to forgive sinners who go on treasuring anything above seeing and savoring God. And people who would be happy in heaven if Christ were not there, will not be there."

Is it just me or does it look like he’s not bringing it from his waist now and not as much side wind type of motion?
I don’t expect this to happen overnight but maybe he’s trying to tweak to a more compact, efficient and quicker shooting motion.
Impossible to tell based off of such a short clip. He's already started to gather when the vid starts. _________________ “Christ did not die to forgive sinners who go on treasuring anything above seeing and savoring God. Oh thank God, he’s able to get legit shots up and improve. Hopefully he figures it out in the next 3 months
Since you are LG's go to shooting expert, what do you think about
Lonzo & FO's decision to not change his current shooting form?
I personally wanted and expected a little minor form adjustment.
and what the hell happen with shooting coach Magic was going
to hire this summer???
The reason Im bringing it up is that... I believe it was right before Lonzo's first come back from injury around late jan?... there was a shooting practice youtube clip of Lonzo & Kuz. and I was so shocked at the inconsistency on lonzo's footwork and balance. It seemed like he was landing in different spot on every shot & his legs were all over place. That's the reason I believe there needs to be a overseer on his shooting development. I don't care its shooting coach or Brian Keefe, but I really really hope FO aren;t just leaving everything to lonzo to figure it out. (btw, I didn't like it too much when I heard Lonzo came up with his own resume of training)
