It's like Breaking Bad, but without a commanding protagonist. Nonetheless I'm hooked and appreciate the family dynamics more.
Anyone else on board? |

It ain't even in the same universe as BB. Way too many silly ass plot holes and occurences. With all that said I totally enjoyed it as a guilty pleasure binge. _________________ "The best there is. The best there was. The best there ever will be.", said Bret Hart regarding the Los Angeles Lakers. |

First episode was incredibly (bleep). Going to watch the second episode tonight. Hopefully it gets better but honestly I doubt it. Like an idiot I will probably force myself to watch it all. _________________ "The best there is. The best there was. The best there ever will be.", said Bret Hart regarding the Los Angeles Lakers. |

I watched the first two episodes....feels like the writers are taking a somewhat lazy path so far.....feel like I have seen this big picture 100 times. |

It's still really entertaining. It doesn't have the tone of season 1 but a few episodes in and the stakes are way higher. _________________ KOBE |

spoiler: yeah after sleeping with Phillip (which was a really hard scene to watch for me..i mean phillip sees her as a daughter...and like the genesis of the relationship was preying on a lonely little girl....), Phillip can't go through with the plan to abduct her in Europe. i think phillip more out of love for elizabeth than country was gonna do it, but after hearing elizabeth just came home from killing parents with the child in the other room kinda shocked him. so he tipped her off before her europe trip ..indirectly revealing he's been a fraud and she was a smart kid so might piece together he was a spy. gotta be traumatic i think Julia Garner was terrific from start to finish in the show. |

Episode 8....when Ruth is in the funeral home and takes a peek under the blanket that is covering the dead man's lower half, and Harry has to tell her "We don't do that". |

The over the top, amoral, corrupt FBI agent is where the show loses me. It's like some gay film stereotype from the 60's (hitchhikers from Vanishing Point). Other than that, the show is entertaining. Love the old man in the basement. |

I have ep 6 on deck. I should have mentioned the bat (bleep) crazy (oddly attractive) heroin kingpin's wife, too. I crack up every time I hear her plead her case for a baby. |

yeah ole Darlene (btw, she was kind of hot when younger, or at least the actress that plays young Darlene), let me know when you finish up....do not want to spoil anything for you....but a lot of things are about to happen in the upcoming episodes. |

I dig this show, only halfway through season 1 so I cannot read anything in this thread for fear of spoilers! _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

I've got about 4 episodes left of season 2. It just gets better with each episode. I hate that, assuming there is a S3, I'll have to wait 10 more months for it to come out. |

Not a bad take. Ozark is trying to find its Walt and Jesse, but, after Season 1 anyway, instead of Shaq and Kobe, we see Vlade Divac and Eddie Jones. _________________ "A metronome keeps time by using a Ringo" |
