Eric, when I ran the numbers based off of basketball insiders team slary page, I got that the lakers would have just over 38 million including Zubac’s qualifying offer and all cap holds, but not including any amount for a first round pick, does that sound accurate?

Well Mr. Pincus, it looks like you're making it into the big-time.

I first read about this article via CNN Sports.

Well done.

He’s been on a big program like NBATV during FA, he’s highly respected by numerous people in the Sports world, because he says smart stuff and brings up hot takes involving the NBA, very cool to see him being recognized.

I think it was a no brainer to do the buyout after the Sept 1st salary guarantee for 2018-19 season. I like that they were able to sign a 10 year max.

The front office has done everything possible to attract another superstar and now they have Lebron as a recruiter. What else could you ask for?

By next off season we will have a much better idea how good our youth can become and I expect the youth along with Lebron will be a huge attraction to one of the superstars. I think KD is a long shot but KL is a decent bet. Thompson, Butler and Cousins are decent fall backs.

What will be interesting is what changes are made before the trade deadline. If KCP is playing really well and KL wants out can KCP be the main asset in a trade? That is probably more hope than anything else but since KCP will probably be gone after this year it is reasonable from a Laker position. Anyway with all the 1 year deals trades are more easily accomplished.
