They can ax so many people from goofy Medina, to whispering Ganguli, uncomfortably Bres, etc. It would be comical, but not surprising, if Trudel is the guy they get rid of. Because it would be consistent with the moves this summer. Trading one solid, underappreciated, up and coming guy in Randle/Trudell for a ragtag group of characters.

Geeter, Trudell, and Worthy should all stay- love them all.

Okay with Oram and Ohm. Love when Lee Jenkins is on.

Bresnawww is terrible. He must go.

Unless I’m missing something, Medina has been covering the Warriors for a year now, right?

Yup. Perhaps ESPN LA should get rid of Dave M. too.

Funny, my first thought was Windhorst.

Assuming he has already moved into James' basement.

I highly doubt Trudell is going anywhere the Lakers Organization seems to like him, not only is he the Lakers sideline reporter he also writes for Lakers.com.

There is no way Trudell would be replaced. He is the ideal publicist, he is always partial and never controversial.

If something inappropriate happened regarding a Lakers player, the other reporters would be jumping over each other to get a comment about it. Trudell will have the teams best interest in mind and pretend it didn't happen and ask him about his favorite food or which Laker is the best fortnite player is.

Reading Twitter & IG Cavs fans are sooooooooo salty. Saying everything from weak move, lying about her loving CLE, riding Lebron’s coat tails, to being Lebron’s side chick.

People can’t seem to get over themselves. We were bummed when Serena Winters and Jaime Maggio left, but we understand that it’s all a career move. Allie is a reporter poised to make a national splash after her stint with the Lakers are up. Why shouldn’t she take this opportunity to report for the biggest sports brand in the world and the second largest market in the US?

Her joining the crew obviously doesn't mean she's replacing Trudell or Geeter since they both welcomed her, so that's good.

Yup. She won't be a sideline reporter. She'll be a studio host.

Given the choice, who'd want to stay in Cleveland over LA?

Lebron's gumar?

Please leave Geeter. He's the only tolerable part of that studio experience.

Of course she is going to take the opportunity.

The question is why did she get the opportunity? Is she really that good of a sports reporter or simply James’ buddy? The “saltiness” being displayed is likely the favoritism being given to her because of that connection.

I have no clue if she is a talented sports reporter destined to great things or not. But I think it is fair to acknowledge that of all the resumes and possible reporters to hire from across the nation, it is the Cavs reporter that won the job?

This is about as transparent as Doc Rivers giving his son 3 years/ $35m.

Why did Bres get the opportunity? Why did any of these people get the opportunity? It sure wasn't any great ability.

The Lakers can hire whoever they want to. Let's not act like this is some kind of social injustice and innocent people are suffering as a result of it. I highly doubt that the majority of people who are employed by these teams have no ties whatsoever through others. Who here can honestly say that they believe the Lakers brought in Gary Payton II last year because they REALLY thought they had something? Please. Cavs fans have no reason to be salty. They're not upset that she got hired by Spectrum. They're upset that LeBron left. The fact that she's also bolting for LA now is merely a reminder that LeBron just did the same thing two months ago.

Besides, I saw someone else mention that she originally worked for the Heat and followed LeBron to Cleveland when he went back. If that's true, it makes no sense to be bothered by this now if you weren't bothered by it four years ago when you were on the receiving end of it. She's just a sideline reporter anyways. Not like the Cavs will be any worse now that she's gone. They're going to stink regardless.

Never minded Milkler TBH as corny as he was. It was so comical watching him with those awkward grins at the camera.

Geeter and the Allie person will be a nice host duo. Maybe they want 4 people but Bres needs to be out.
