Definitely clowning on Lancaster. I thought he had a good explanation for why he does stuff like that, but still funny.

He seems to be filling out a little bit. He doesn't really look scrawny anymore. Kuzma is noticeably thicker well.

That vid is from last season. Scary shooting display
ah ok. I assumed that it must be new since McGee was in it.

I made the same mistake about a week ago. Pretty annoying that people deliberately take old vids and repackage them like they're new. Almost reminds me of the way TLN takes quotes from two months ago and write articles about them like they're fresh

I guess whoever was filming Ingram didn’t get the memo

Magic is going to fire whoever was filming.

Most NBA players make 80-90% of drill shots anyway. https://www.instagram.com/p/BmJRswAn_JO/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link
Enid Kanter makes 11 3s in a row here
I remember Zach Lowe tweeting he watched Kris Hunphries go 60-75 on 3s

Any good high school shooter will make 75% in a drill.. That’s why that vid of Ingram was disconcerting to me last year

No doubt. I was just being facetious.

These dudes are so damn good. Even the ones we think are trash shooters hit high percentage in workouts/practice. Your Humphries example is spot on.

I saw a video recently of Javale shooting 3s...You would think he was a stretch 5. These guys are so good, especially when they are just practicing.

yup. In-game a lot of the bigs, shoot a lot of players, mechanics falter. Often times because their mechanics have too many moving parts to be replicated at game-speed. Mcgee twists his whole body like he's playing Dance Dance Revolution when he shoots......

Am I the only 1 excited to see that maneuver by Ingram at the end of the video? That can become a nice arsenal.

GT has BI not been at the scrimmages this past week?

Haven't seen pics of him at the scrimmages with Lebron and also not much mention of him in the presser today. Wondering if he's hurt or something.

He's literally been in every scrimmage video they've released...

Maybe he’s referring to Andre Ingram?

Every video?

He was there last week. But the ones this week with Lebron he hasn’t been there. Just wondering if he picked up An injury that’s kept him out of the scrimmages this week. Fair question. Don’t be so damn sensitive

Of the nine words in the sentence, which one denoted any level of sensitivity on my part? Was as it the word "in"? If anything, you seem like the sensitive one. BI can't take a two minute bathroom break without you speculatively wondering if something has gone horribly wrong.

We'd know it if BI was injured.

Just wondering if GT has any special insight on why he hasn’t been at the facility scrimmaging this past week. Cause contrary to what you say he hasn’t been in every video cause it looks like he hasn’t been there the past few days

I haven't heard anything about BI either way this week. I don't know if he's been involved in these open runs.

Thanks GT. I know BI is a hard worker and he lived at the facility last year but has been MIA this summer. Hopefully the Lancaster workouts pay off

Does he have family in NC? Hurricane Florence.

The news on BI has been kind of quiet this off season probably because he was out of town and working out away from the Laker facility for much of the Summer.

Even during the press conference you didn't hear much. They mentioned KCP, Kuz and Zo and how they have transformed themselves and we all saw what Hart has done in the Summer league.

I can't wait to see how BI has transformed his game this year. I expect he has gotten stronger and more explosive and fine tuned his offensive game. In a perfect world he will step up and be the #2 dog behind Lebron. Now if he and Kuz are both #2 dogs that would be fine too.

I've been wondering recently. Does not being charismatic/personable with the media work against someone who is a Laker? Our last championship team, had a lot of guys who were pretty polished with the media (Kobe/Pau/LO/Fisher)and/or personable (Artest for example). Bynum was cut from a different cloth and I think is one of the rarer examples.

I don't know how you work on this with someone like BI, but it would help him. For the same reason, always wondered how KL/Lakers would work out for a guy who seems to like not being in the limelight.

He has been to a couple of those scrimmages, but it doesn't look like he has recently. But, you never know, he could be working on other facets or watching film or something?

Edit: Well as for the post previous, yeah, I think not having a personality does indeed work against you in LA. The somber tone doesn't get the player recognition. Lonzo has the hype behind him, fabricated by his dad so he gets that recognition, Kuzma is more outspoken charismatic, so they get all the attention. And of course, Lebron is Lebron

That is weird. So I guess he's training in private? Well, we'll see how he's grown either way.
