I have no idea what Lance was thinking there/ He wasted a bunch of time just to put us in a worse position.

That was Bonga's rookie Kobe against Utah moment.

I thought it was his JR smith moment.

He should have shot it. Travis could have shot it too (under duress). I thought Lance was going to one on one shake and bake and just shoot it as is his strength. That was not the time for a bunch of not playmakers to be trying to make a play. Someone shoot that thang LOL

Luke should of called a timeout. Lance should of went earlier. Wear should of went up. Bonga should of shot it.

Bonga didn't make Lance bound the clock down and give the ball to Barry when he had a defender on him. Bonga obviously made a mistake, but what Lance did was dumb and had us relying on a non-shooter taking a buzzer beater 3 when we could've gotten a better shot.

I seriously hope nobody here puts any stock in the final score. I'm a bit annoyed and a bit amused at the same time seeing TNT pretend the outcome was the result of an amazing Denver comeback.

Truth is - Denver was at a disadvantage without Murray and Harris.

Lakers were down Lonzo and played very little LeBron. Bigger disadvantage.

But - with the lineups likely to get the most playing time, the Lakers wiped the floor with the Nuggets tonight. Pretty much a blowout.

The only time this game got close was when Luke went to rotational vs. non-rotational player evaluation mode. And that is Luke making the smart decision. We need that. We didn't need the win.

Good thing is that we know there is lineup that will work. Have to figure out the bench and center and we should be pretty damn good

It's really absurd that JaVale McGee is still only getting minimum offers. It worked out great for the Lakers, but it was clear from his Warriors stint that he was more than a minimum player.

If Javale could shoot a little, he'd be a +$10m player.

Could've gone either way too... hope the Lakers season will have a longer playoff run.

Javale - Great so far
LeBron - obvious he's going to get us to the playoffs one way or another
Ingram - way more aggressive on defense and was very quick to push the ball off of his rebounds.
Rondo - Great so far
Hart - Missed a few threes later in the game, but for a while he was dominating them on both ends of the floor
Kuz - once he switched to the 4 he played great

When Lonzo gets back we'll have 7 players that inspire confidence when they step on the floor.

Zubac - had up and down moments but at least he showed a sign of life tonight. When Zubac starts fighting he can actually be effective. Too bad it's in such short stints so far.

Stephenson - Dang, I'm even more perplexed. He's chaos.

Svi - bad time to be cold as ice. He's getting his shots. They just aren't falling.

Two way players: Both Caruso and Wear played their roles well tonight.

Bonga: the last play was a disappointment, but it's pretty weird he was put in the position he was in. Lance could have actually shot that, or initiated the final set of passes with a couple more seconds so the ball could find Weir for that final shot. Bonga had his good moments tonight, and I don't recall any traveling calls.

They sucked club: KCP and Beasley.

All things aside, our defense is so bad that we made mason plumlee looks like a freaking all star. We need someone who can really defend the rim other than mcgee

I wonder if its Luke's defensive scheme. Zu was the first man to help out on penetration and no one helped him by taking Plumlee who was basically wide open every freaking time.

It's just weird seeing Kuzma out there at the 5. That was my biggest takeaway from the game despite some bench guys and future G Leaguers hooping it up.

People take him as a joke because of the TNT crew and Shaqtin a fool and how they make fun of him when he makes a dumb play. right now I would take McGee over Dwight Howard, he’s more of a team guy and is a champion.

Lebron, Rondo, McGee, the three best and most assertive players so far imo.
