The whole Jimmy Butler thing is staged.
Why the heck is Rachel Nichols in Minnesota on a random day?

That’s more winning than Butler’s career. _________________ Darvin Scam: https://media.tenor.com/images/3c15249955860a4b16b59e8ae035fb75/tenor.gif |

On the one hand, he's showing how feckless KAT/Wiggins are.
On the other hand, he's trying to destroy his way out and going at his teammates/coach/FO.
I don't think many teams can handle Jimmy. I also don't think a team with too many lead guys can handle him either. At best, he may be able to co-exist in a 1A (him) and 1B situation. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

You guys moved my thread a few months back but since AD bought his house in LA in the summer, I’ve been calling this.
http://forums.lakersground.net/viewtopic.php?t=185233
AD a Laker in 2020 is most certainly, a real thing. The only question remains is if we want to punt in 2019 to make it happen, or if we can make a trade without giving up so much if AD demands a trade next year to us. _________________ Darvin Scam: https://media.tenor.com/images/3c15249955860a4b16b59e8ae035fb75/tenor.gif |

Interestingly, Boston can't trade for AD this season, but once Irving re-ups or moves on, they can trade for him in the 2019-20 season.
However, I don't see why the Pels trade him this year. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

The new thing is players with the same agents teaming up. |

Is AD going to go "Jimmy Butler" on the Pels in practice and force his way out?
I think if anything, he will be an MVP caliber player this year and if they need to trade him, it'll come in 2019-20 when a team like the Celtics can offer a trade package that probably beats ours. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

I don't think AD would go full Jimmy (never go full Jimmy), but he'll definitely have to pull a PG-13/Kawhi and request a trade behind closed doors. Obviously Pels don't want to trade him. I think AD would be the guy we finally give up assets for rather than gamble they come as a FA (PG13/Kawhi). |

But when's the last time a bona fide MVP candidate was traded?

Arguably all 3 were past their primes. Barkley maybe not. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

Celebrating winning the lottery and winning an nba championship in the same year are not mutually exclusive! So no shame in celebrating the lottery.
We did select magic as pick no 1 and then went on to win the championship with magic as center in game 6 i believe! |

There is a better chance Noah contributes then Deng does this season, so It will be interesting to see if he can help us in some spurts if we end up signing him. |
