Lets just call it what it is: racism. People need to just cut it out. |
Dude looks old as hell. Like Benjamin Button old. How is that racism? |

I expect Bonga to get more minutes tonight. Don’t think we see much of the rotation guys.
Do your thing Bonga! |

I’m hoping he takes some jumpers tonight and makes a few. He has good tools and look forward to seeing him along with Svi develope in the G league this season. I think they’ll both do well this year. |

I would hope he changes form. _________________ Resident Car Nut.

Bonga has a very distinctive face so he does look older than he is. He has the body of a young man and hopefully he will put on some muscle.
Bonga seems to have come a long way since summer league. While we only get small glimpses so far he seems more comfortable with the ball and playing defense.
He is listed at 6'8" but seems taller to me when I catch him standing next to the other players. I hope to get to see him play some in the upcoming game and will watch some G Leagues games this year to watch him and SVI.
I am okay with the Magic Johnson like set shot but would like to see a more normal looking jump shot developed over time. |

Solid game for Bonga. Still want to see him more aggressive on offense. He looked very reluctant to shoot for the majority of his minutes, though in the fourth he finally started to look more comfortable.
He seems to have a problem picking up his dribble too soon and his aversion to shooting as a first option will have defenders playing off him, daring him to shoot once they scout him. |

With his defense and passing ability there is a place for him.

Basically, Bonga at this point is one of the greatest players ever to play the game.
On the level of Jordan, Wilt and Kelly Tripuka. |

Well done Bonga! 12 pts, 9 rebounds, 5 asts, 1 steal. 4-4 FTs.
What was great was him playing Point Guard finally. He was setting everything up most of the time and was really aggressive with his drives. Good finishes and good way to get to the line.
I’m suddenly buying in to him. After a couple of months in the g-League, I would like to see him take over the 3rd string spot over Caruso. He’s already much more fun to watch on both ends of the court than him. His height and length, as well as his really really young age is attractive to this organization.
I can see why the FO drafted him. Lot of good flashes. Hope he continues. _________________ Darvin Scam: https://media.tenor.com/images/3c15249955860a4b16b59e8ae035fb75/tenor.gif |

If they get rid of the travelling habit he has at the start of his dribble, it'll pay dividends. He looked Odomesque today because of his length. I hope it works out... |

Okay, okay, okay... I see it now. Not just running the show offensively, but defensively he's got some hands too. The ability to hit free-throws is a great sign too, that means he can develop an offensive touch. |

I have been very high on Isaac Bonga since day one.
Just wait until he adds 15 lbs to his frame.
I see a Lamar Odom/ Draymond Green style of play within 2 years.
And he is still just 18 yrs old. |

This kid has Lebron, Rondo, Lonzo, Magic, even Lance mentoring him. At his age, we can mold him into any player we want. |
