Randle needs to start for the Pelicans. He is a better playmaker, rebounder, defender and enforcer than Mirotic. |

Randle didn't want to be a Laker. I don't understand why that's so hard for some of you to comprehend this!
Also this needs to be moved to the general forum. |

Eh. Elfrid (bleep) Payton got a triple double, not putting too much in this game.
Though the one thing we should've done was a sign and trade. He was restricted. |

Good for him, I’m happy he’s found a home and is comfortable so far with the NO. |

I think Houston will fall down to earth this year. Randle 2-4 threes. If he really has a 3 ball this year, Laker nation should cry. |

AD is the perfect compliment to Julius and vice versa.
We should have kept him but life goes on without question but life goes on. |

The Lakers didn't want to invest in him. So he bet on himself cause the Lakers wouldn't. It's already come out that he wanted to come back to the Lakers a few weeks ago, and they could have had him. But they are so zeroed into the "next free agency" and the max player there they neglected to imagine that one of their own home grown talents that got better every year, could be headed in that direction.
He was a restricted free agent. The only reason he isn't a Laker is because the Lakers let him out of his RFA contract.
That's the FO's blunder, not Randle's. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

That’s basically a good reason why Randle isn’t a Laker right now. |

Having gone thru this with DLo. You have to just let it go. Not sure what benefit one receives dwelling on something that won’t change. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

I agree 100%.
This isn’t DLo all over, this is way worse because we got nothing back for him and he is exactly what we need right now.
And I am locking this because this makes me sad. Go to the general discussion forum to continue this. |
