Quote about Lebron's play so far from Chris Herring BSPN

" The early, somewhat noisy net-rating stats -- which show the Lakers have been 11.5 points better per 100 possessions when James is off the court "

Lebron has given other guys an opportunity to step up and show what they can do. Hes just pacing himself like hes done the last few years now. This is supposed to be the year Ingram becomes a star or atleast borderline star. Other than shooting Lonzo has regressed in every other facet of the game. KCP has been trash. Kuz is the same player as last season. Rondo has been hot or cold. Lebron is the least of our worries. Its time for someone else to step up.

We’re not playing a style that is optimal for Bron. We need to be giving him more high post opportunities

Unfortunately those are the players we chose to roll with. I’m not worried about Lebron. His defense stinks but I expected that. Let’s just keep the guy healthy. I don’t think that our net rating with him off the court would remain lofty if he has to miss some games.

Oh man.
Lebron is wearing his headband tonight.
That means he's going to play some defense. Nice!

That’s the objective measure...Windhorst described it as LBJ playing like a wallflower.

The more I watch LBJ the more I believe a genuine lead scoring running mate would be awesome with him. He’s looking to pass first and score second. Hopefully a max FA sees that too.

Just another triple double type game.

Is he allowed to hang out with his friends past 1am or does he need to win a championship first?

Kevin Durant doesn’t have to see he already knows after winning Two Gold Medals with him 🥇 🥇

Obviously it’s not BREAKING NEWS but I truly think we got a serious chance to land the Slender Man Sr. This offseason 🤩

Dame and Bron would be the worst defensive duo lmao. We need a Kawhi/KD.

Kyrie averaged 25.2 ppg including winning a championship with Lebron.

I’d say that’s pretty good

Kawhi is too much of a question mark. He barely talks so who knows if those reports of him favoring the Clippers are true.

I’m pretty sure Lebron is like I ain’t wasting time recruiting his ass while he’s already bff’s with KD

I don't mind a Lebron iso if we have no other choices, but man he went so late in the shot clock at the end. Does he know that the clock resets to 14 now

Thankfully we got the 2013 DPOY

Let's save The King's energy so he can average 50 in the playoffs

Definitely went late in that shot clock. Part of it was the screener not knowing that LeBron wanted him to come up so he lost a few seconds directing him. A lot of teams in the league are still adjusting to the change.

Yeah it's hard to solely think of Bron in that regard with the fact that he puts up points rolling out of bed. That said, 2006 Kobe with prime Lebron would be Thanos and the IG...squared. Lawd have mercy...
