Wow. 10 minutes again. When he hit all of his shots.
Rondo coming back was the worst thing to happen to him

He was playing good, better than KCP, Rondo and Hart yet Puke only gave him 10 minutes. Ridiculous.

Man when Barkley said Walton would have the hardest job of managing minutes he wasn’t lying. Didn’t see him in the 4th

He benched him after that behind the back pass.

It would have been a amazing highlight if he got that lob to LeBron.

Did he? Was it after the behind the back pass?
Lance is the enigma.
He gets his own and at the cost of ball movement (lots of iso). And he's producing.
In the short term it may look like that's a positive, but in the long term it may be a negative if it stunts ball movement/player movement.

Because there's bound to be a time in the season when Lance grows cold. At that point the 2nd unit will sit around looking for him without getting the desired results that we're seeing now from Lance. Interesting.

The addition of Lance Stephenson is paying off for the Lakers.

and finally benched for a stupid, selfish iso (from a stolen rebound off Rondo).

Why did we sign him when we could've signed Ariza?

No. Here you say we should've signed Brook Lopez instead of Lance. Your comment is more appropriate for the KCP thread

people tried to act like lance was some selfish over dribbler. that was not the case. he started to look that way once he played for teams that were going no where fast and that didnt have star players on the team. well this team has lebron on it, and 2 other super passers in rondo and zo. he has a team full of willing passers and a team that is at least TRYING to be serious about winning. this is why he's trying to give you the Indiana playoffs Lance.

He always had the ability to be a semi floor general while also going 1 v 1 and playing some decent defense.

exactly. and IMO you always need a guy like this, it comes in handy a lot. Artest, Rodman, JR (contrary to popular). Lance and Mcgee have been our best additions so far.

Lance did his thing again tonight.

8 points (3-3 FG), 2 treys, 5 rebounds, 2 dimes and 1 steal in 13 minutes of action.

Those awful turnovers notwithstanding, he did play well. After seeing him hit two catch and shoot threes, I must admit I may have been wrong and premature in saying that “he is a bad fit with Rondo and should be replaced by Mykhailiuk in the second unit.”

Around ten minutes a game is about right for him.

His jumper has been solid all year. He just needs to cut down on some dancing.

His entire game revolves around dance moves. You want him not to play basketball?

Stephenson needs all if not most of KCP's minutes, at least until he starts being lance again. I would not name one above the other but Luke should roll with whoever is playing better. Both will have to stay hungry to EARN their minutes which will be good for us.
