I would take Kobe at 30 years old before any of these players above. Easily. |

He had Wiggin’s number though. Little Drew was like a kid repeatedly running into a brick wall. |

I thought LeBron looked great against Minny. He's constantly looking to get everyone else involved. Hart and Kuzma play with uber confidence when they're on the floor with him. He's really changed the fabric of this organization for the better, and in time with more games under their belt, we will see how much of an impact he has on this team. _________________ I miss you Kobe. He makes it look so damn easy. Before you know it he plays 36-37 minutes and is close to a triple double. Sometimes I take this guy for granted. The young guys on the team are so lucky to be able play with him. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

And you can tell they are all enjoying it. Nobody is complacent on offense when he's out there. Everyone is confident in their shot, which is huge for scorers like Kuzma and Hart and anyone else who wants to get theirs. He can average a triple double, no doubt about it, and I'm happy that he's okay scoring 24 points if it means a victory and boosting others confidence. That's huge for this team. Similar to Magic, who could have averaged 30 a game if he wanted to, but sacrificed his scoring for the betterment of his teammates. I'm really liking what I see out there from James, he's definitely a generational talent and we're blessed to have him donning the purple and gold (and sometimes white _________________ I miss you Kobe. And the help side block.
I only saw Lebron get obviously lost on defense maybe once or twice yesterday.
How about you guys? |

Last night:
LBJ: 24 points
Kuz: 21
Hart: 21
BI: 20
If we can get consistent point production by these guys you bet LBJ will hit these guys in scoring stride. Up to this point it's been pretty inconsistent. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

If we can get that kind of offensive balance, along with at the very least, consistent defense for all four quarters (doesn't have to be clamp down d all game long, but consistent, so as to not give up 65 points in a half), we can win games convincingly. We're going to eventually be due for that big blowout victory. _________________ I miss you Kobe. I miss you Gigi. |

Not sure where to put this and it’s not thread worthy, but I was listening to the Brian Windhorst podcast and he was telling his producer that the Lakers had by far the best media room. His producer mentioned the ice cream in the media room. I remember Mason talking about the media room ice cream as well. I even googled it and found a picture of Embiid eating the ice cream in the media room. Must be some good ice cream.
Later on Rachel Nichols comes on the podcast and talks about how the Lakers games have become a meeting hub for all NBA people. Media, reporters, agents, etc.
The power of Magic and Lebron... |

Literal game changers.
In Cleveland, LeBron didn't have nearly the celebrity or mass media presence that he has here in LA, not even in Miami. Los Angeles is a different animal, and James knew that before signing here. _________________ I miss you Kobe. I miss you Gigi. |

Lebron has been GOD AWFUL down the stretch. I know he's a smart guy, but obviously his BBall IQ takes a dump when the pressure is on. Keep moving the ball, play within the offense, drive and kick to Kuzma or Hart. Just don't take another 30 foot 3 point shot unless there's no other option! |

Honestly, has played best when there was a lead scoring option alongside him (Wade, Kyrie). Is a better "set the table" guy than taking the last shot one.
Can't wait until we get one next summer. Right now, on any given night we don't have a consistent #2 option that can be a closer for us. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

Lebron’s late threes would have been a good shot had they gone it. He was opened, he has range, they just didn’t go in. Skip did criticize him for not trying to get fouled and go to the free throw line. It might be true, but it wasn’t even a foul situation for the wolves. |

Hart and Kuz need to be on the floor with LeBron at all times
They can shoot and cut the way LeBron likes. |

Have to admit that Lebron has been everything advertised.
LBJ is leading the Lakers in all things.
If he had one star player besides him the Lakers would be in first place.
The good news is Hart and Kuzma seems to blend well with Lebron. So does McGee and Chandler.
The bad thing is Lonzo doesn't blend well with Lebron for he cannot shoot and needs the ball in his hands to succeed. He needs to learn to shoot and hit the open shot.
But the same thing can be said about Rondo also.
The Lakers just need one consistent second option to take the pressure of Lebron. |

Everyone with a brain knows LeBron isn’t going at 100% burst speed right now in terms of trying, he always plays like this and people wonder how he still puts up amazing stats... he is gonna go off after the ASB, cause that’s when he loves playing at a high level with the playoffs around the corner. |

With our tough schedule we have the same record as the Jazz and Pels and are ahead of the Rox. We are one game out of the 8th seed. And LBJ is just going 70-75%. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

He dominates while cruising. I think he will be 25/5/5 when he is 40!
Watching this level of efficiency is amazing |
