I'm shaking my head at people judging Svi's shooting after 7 shots.
He shot 44% from 3 for two years in the program with the 2nd hardest strength of schedule.
Philly has played their sharpshooter Shamet 20 minutes a game... and guess what? They have a nice rotation player.
Luke's timidity has produced a scared player who knows if he misses his one shot every third game that he will get benched.
Svi has the requisite defense and passing to stay on the floor without being a liability. Way more valuable to let him play than old vets who we can't afford next year.
Hopefully Svi goes on a tear one day... because Luke won't have the courage to use him otherwise. |

I agree ..
Svi is in a tough situation. He barely plays so when he actually does get out there hes essentially trying not to mess up.
Shooters shoot. Cant get into any kind of rhythm playing once every 4 games |

Yep Klay played like 7 games where he shot below 20% from three... then he set the record the next game.
I get that we are in a playoff battle so we can't be stupid about it... but Luke needs to try to get him going. |

I'm fine bringing in Carmelo for some locker-room help; picking up the dirty towels, wiping down the showers, emptying the trash, making pizza runs after the games, that kind of stuff.. _________________ “Always remember... Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.” |

Still a FA, probably waiting after the Thanksgiving holidays to sign with a team, I bet it’s gonna be Miami, Melo and Wade are good friends so I can see it happening. |

If he wants a shot at a ring he won't join the Heat. |

So why didn’t he stay in Houston? Wasn’t expanded role the reason why the Rockets cut him? This is the first time I’m hearing that he’s only interested in a title contender. |

Anyone contemplating Melo should just look at OKC this season vs. last season. |

And Houston this season. Injuries were there, but it was hilarious that they had the win streak after Melo |

I'd give Houston Beasley for Melo... scrub for a scrub. Worse case, neither team loses anything.
Maybe they're just waiting for FAs to be able to get traded. When's that deadline? _________________ "He may say it's not you, it's him.... but it's really you." |

except that Melo makes whatever team he's on worse at this point

Melo can shoot... and we all said the same things about Javale and Stephenson. You just need the right leadership with Melo. LBJ can do that. _________________ "He may say it's not you, it's him.... but it's really you." |

LeBron James would like to get Carmelo Anthony to Los Angeles with him on the Lakers, a league source told The Athletic. |

Quote: | Can confirm this. Bron hasn't asked Lakers to sign Melo, and that he doesn't intend to. But if Rob/Magic decide that'd be good for the Lakers, the banana boat has been floated apparently. |
