Assuming you replace Zubac with Svi:
Lebron = 37
AD = 27
Lonzo = 9
Hart = 2
Deng = 5
That will put us at 80 which will give us about 29 million free. Need 32 for a max. |
7 cap holders @900k = 6.3m so we will have around 22.7m
will tobias harris take 22.7m?

Do the Clippers let him walk at that price? |

BS internet rumor with a 1% chance of happening |
Trevor Lane made a podcast on Lakersnation and he speculated that this sort of trade may be a kind of last-ditch desperation move that happens if they strike out in FA and are forced to trade and absorb some salary for some "win now" pieces. |

John Wall can't shoot and doesn't play defense. He's not a win now option for a team that's on a winning path due to high defensive rating since November 1. Not to mention his cancerous contract. Rather than going for names that are one dimensional players, Lakers should be looking to get quality two way players if not KL, KD type superstars in FA. I'd rather max out Harris than have Wall who's a ball hog playmaker which we don't need with Lebron. He can score on high usage, but Lou Williams does that more efficiently with a fraction of his supermax contract. _________________ Showtime 2.0 |

They will have the cap space to offer him more than that even if they sign KD. |

Terrible defensive team.
Morey is most likely going to do something soon. Can’t get too far behind in the West. |
Beal for Eric Gordon, Nene, and Chriss works in the trade machine, and I'd imagine that the Rockets would have to send out at least two 1st round picks to get that done. And the Rockets' 2019 pick may not even be too bad, and perhaps the Wizards are in a position to demand that it be unprotected.
I guess they could tear it down and trade Harden, too. |

Tobias is having an all-star season. Here's the list of guys shooting 60 TS% at his volume
KD
LeBron
Giannis
vucevic
Harden
Curry
Towns
He'd be a great signing. Unfortunately, Clips will absolutely resign him unless they get KD and Kawhi.

Jazz have destroyed the Rockets & Spurs. Mitchell didn’t even do anything tonight, and Gobert was out 98% of the game.
Harden was -27 |

Maybe the Rockets would be willing to trade Harden to the Lakers for KCP and Ingram |

Don’t be shocked if the Rockets field trade offers for 1 of there major pieces to get back some depth... I can see Chris Paul being available in trade talks, Harden probably stays put... I never understood why they never aggressively went after Butler unless Minny told them that they were only gonna send Jimmy to the East. |

Again he is unrestricted free agent, it's his choice where to sign.
Other then offering a contract however crazy they have no say in what he will decide
I know he is not signing for 23 but the point I m trying to make is clippers have no say

They offered 4 picks for Butler. What else they have to offer?
Covington and saric is at least 20 times better then those garbage picks
Good luck finding a suitor for old hog Chris paul |

Those 4 picks can’t be the only reason why they choose the Sixers package over the Rockets package, maybe the Rockets were offering guys like Tucker and some crappy fillers. |

Perhaps, but they are still in 9th with a really expensive roster that is only going to get more expensive once Wall's extension kicks in next season. Unless they look like they could make some noise in the playoffs, I could see their owner opting to save some money over the next couple of years and get some young players/draft picks back. |

I’m assuming that there not content beating teams like ATL/Brooklyn/Knick’s as a sign that there players should stay put, this team was supposed to be one of the factors in the EC, you think beating those teams is all of a sudden gonna make them think about standing pat? |

Trading Beal without a non top 10 pick would be stupid. Pretty sure they are more keen to offload Wall's contract. He showed up overweight to the training camp as well. And he's a drama queen in the dressing room. _________________ Showtime 2.0 |

Wouldn’t mind Khris Middleton if Lakers don’t get KD or Klay or Kawhi
Then try to convince a vet like Taj Gibson, Markeif Morris, Pat Beverly, or Danny Green to join the team for $4-6mm |

KM is a nice fallback, although I think he stays in cheese country.
Pat B or Rondo? |
