Can Ariza potentially help change your 53 win prediction to say 58-59 wins? Or am I overstating his Impact?
I can't say you are overstating anything, but perhaps, you are not fully thinking this one through from the Suns position:
Since they are obviously rebuilding, they probably want draft picks and young talent, I mean if they wanted Vets, they would just keep Ariza right?
So with Ariza making $15mil in salary who would they want on the Lakers that add up to $15mil?
How about Kuzma ($1.7mil), Hart ($1.7mil), Svi ($1.5mil), Wagner ($1.8mil), Beasley ($3.5mil), Stephenson ($4.5mil) AND a first round Draft pick?
That adds up to Ariza's salary, you want to gut your team and your future for him?
And before you say KCP, let me remind you that they have a guy named Booker, who plays the same position..
What this adds up to is: Ariza Ain't Coming...! _________________ “Always remember... Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.”

If not for the MozDeng debacle, we might still have Russell, Randle, and Lopez. Imagine how many wins that would add. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:
