I hope Mitch and Jerry Buss don't just take this sitting down. Let's see what they do next season coz we have been victims of an embarrassing trashing.

No.... because he's a freak.... jumping off his chair, arms flailing, hair on edge, veins popping out... the guy had about 20 shots of espresso before the game.... that's all...

give him credit for cheering but man, even he couldn't get the crowd to jump up at the end of the 1st half, relax, the guy's gonna give himself a heart attack....

Mike Dunleavy learned a lot from this series, he knows what to do when the two teams meet.

Alot will be written, and said, about how much better Phoenix is, as a team... What I saw, however, was our team get taken out mentally, and spiritually... We stopped believing in ourselves... We let doubt creep in... We were satisfied with our immediate successes, we forgot about the ultimate prize.

How can we have a team "on the ropes", and lose two in a row, on our home court??!! Something else took place, in the deep recesses, of the human mind and soul. We stopped playing like hungry winners.

Kobe won't have time to go fishing, he will have his hands full taking care of his new baby.

Fishing for some quality, veteran experience... Fishing for a quality bigman, and a quality PG...

When they win a championship, or even come close to winning a chamionship, you can call them a good team. The Suns are simply a less talented version of the Nash/Nowitzki Mavericks. The Mavs finally got smart enough to realize that you can't win a chamionship without playing defense. The Suns are a high scoring fun team to watch but they have no shot at championship with their current team and coach. The Lakers current team certainly has a long ways to go but they are at least an organization that realizes what it takes to win championships. D'antoni's comment that the Suns don't worry about defense because they are an offensive team shows that the Suns have no idea what it takes to win a championship in the NBA.
