I already explained his eFG the last two years was higher than Lamarcus Aldridge's career average... it's higher than Demar DeRozan's for all but one year.

But sure... RPM over points and eFG...

Where did I mention any of those things as a basis for my opinion? I’m allowed to have an opinion based off watching the game. I’m sorry it angers you but I believe if you objectively watch him, it’s pretty clear he’s a borderline starter right now. Either way, that’s not calling him a bust at all.

I'm not angry with you at all.

I think he's a mid level starter who will continue to improve

You think he's a borderline starter.

I have no problem with you because I don't think you are a troll.

We just disagree.

I’m so relieved.

Let me ask you... do you rank Ingram around 140 to 160 of all NBA players?

Because for me... that's a borderline starter if there are 150 starters.

Even 100th isn't close to the borderline.

Just curious.

I don’t have rankings for that many NBA teams. He’s a borderline starter on a Lakers team with a below average roster that LeBron has propped up. He’s closer to a good bench player than average starter.

He's definitely not as good as Lance. Eye test, stats, eFG!, whatever metric you want

A borderline starter is someone who is around the 150th best player in the league.

That's a completely different thing than saying he should be a 6th man on a high quality team.

I wouldn't argue if someone said that.

A 6th man on a lottery team being propped up by the best player in the game is a borderline starter. The Lakers are only a high quality team because of LeBron.

I'll go through the league if I have time and see.

But something tells me he'll be far above the 140 to 160 level.

We'll see... I'll go in with an open mind.

I expect our team to suck tonight due to all the trade rumors, only fueling LA's offer for AD.

So only you have the secret knowledge of Lance's superiority... and the rest of us are deluded fools holding on to potential that will never be realized.

Come on man... no one thinks Lance is better than Ingram except maybe at one on one street ball, and even that I'm not sure about because Lance can't guard him.

Tania Ganguli

@taniaganguli

Josh Hart (knee tendinitis) will play tonight but Kyle Kuzma (hip strain) will not.

As much as I hate to say this Philly will blow us out! No Kuzma, No Lebron, No Lonzo, and although Zubac is playing well he's no match for Embiid.

Unless Zubac has a great game and contains Embiid, this might be a "mail in the stats" kind of game. Philly has scary potential.

The only worse part than the forgone conclusion of a loss? Hearing D. Scott talk. That dude does not belong on tv, he has no endearing factors at all. He played a few seasons with Shaq, that is all he did.

Embiid is the type of center I can see Zu struggling with, super skilled big man who has an inside and outside game.

Hoping for the best tonight given all the injuries.

Joel Embiid expected to play vs. Lakers despite missing shootaround; Sixers teammate Jonah Bolden out

Quote:
Joel Embiid is expected to play Tuesday night against the Los Angeles Lakers despite missing the morning shootaround at Santa Monica High School.

The 76ers center is dealing with an upset stomach. Sixers reserve post player Jonah Bolden will miss the game at the Staples Center because of right Achilles soreness.

Everyone magically heal when they play the Lakers, I bet if they were playing the Kings or the Hornets he would be sitting this 1 out.

He's literally better at everything except maybe defense, and that's largely subjective.

And who's relying more on streetball... the guy who can shoot threes or the one dribbling into traffic?
