Historically, the Reggies can shoot. Reggie Theus, Reggie Miller, Reggie Lewis, etc. |

this seems like a really good trade.
bullocks' ts% is very close to bradley beal.
ankle dinged up so last 5 games has been shooting badly (<30% from 3)
should get lots more open shoots now.
has some physical limitations but said to be 2nd best perimeter defender on pistons... |

KCP better be sent packing tomorrow for a point guard as he's redundant with Reg in the fold. |

Hopefully he gives us that initial shot in the arm like Tyson did before coming down to earth. I want 15 threes in his first 3 games!! Shoot them bullocks! |

I was gonna add Reverend Jackson, and make a joke that he shoots from the mouth. But I realize he's a Jessie, not Reggie. LOL! |

Will LG give him at least 3 games before complaining if he's not hitting from the get go? Hopefully he comes in smoking, but it could take some time to adjust. |

It's also on Luke to use him properly, we don't seem to play to these guys strengths at all. |

I like Svi and I believe he has a great future in the NBA, but it was a good trade. Bullock can make an impact now and is still young. Better than Ariza, IMHO. _________________ .... |

Which he'd waive if it was a good situation for him playing time-wise. He knows his minutes will take a hit with Bullock and he's a FA, needs to showcase himself to get paid.
At this point, if I were KCP, I'd be dying to go to a team in need of a 2 (there are many out there). It's clear we're going nowhere and because of playing time issues his value will decrease with the Lakers. _________________ www.lakersbrasil.com

Good acquisition. I liked Svi, but he was years from where we needed him (and wher Bullock is now).
Finally a shooter for LeBron's kickouts. |

It shows that Magic's intention is not to give up the hope of making the playoffs. IF Bullock works out and plays well with LBJ, they will try to resign him. So nothing is really lost here. |

Doug Christie's old number. He was 8 and 35 and Kobe was 8 and 24. Two of the greats in Laker history. _________________ GOAT MAGIC REEL

While 3-point shooting is definitely his calling card, Reggie Bullock shoots one of the league's best percentages from mid-range (50.9%).
Has the abilities to attack closeouts, handle a bit and come off screens from inside the arc.

Reggie Bullock is an absolute marksman when it comes to shooting off screens.
Ranks in the 93rd percentile this year (1.24 points per possession) and was among the 92nd last season (1.28).
Going to be a fun chess piece for the offensive game plans.
