Charles hates Lebron as well. Shaq doesnt.

I often wonder about the real Shaq and Charles. They did squab once.

I'd say they annoy each other and get on each others last nerve but since they been working together forever they would have each others back if (bleep) got real but thats about it. Just a guess

Nice to see BI step up big time.

The most frustrating part about tonight was BI getting stripped with his soft jogging layup attempts.

Other than that, nice statement game - I hope we can keep this up.

Wat???? Charles said he was glad they broke it up. He thought he was in big mess even though he was on top. He knew if they got up Shaq was gonna clean his clock.

There are both so big and have knock out power. Shaq seems like he would tire fast but whoever has better instincts or is trained.

But just guessing I think I would put my money on CB. Shaq is just too big

Both big??? Barkley Height: 6′ 6″ Weight: 251 lbs. Shaq Height 7′ 1″, Weight 324 lbs. I'll take that bet. Once Shaq got a hold to Charles it would be ova.

Recap: Rockets , Lakers

Quote:

LOS ANGELES (AP) LeBron James scored 29 points, Brandon Ingram added 27 and the Los Angeles Lakers rallied from a 19-point deficit midway through the third quarter to defeat the Houston Rockets 111-106 on Thursday night.

The Lakers trailed most of the game and were down 95-88 with 7:49 remaining when they went on a 17-4 run over a six-minute span. James, who scored eight points during the run, gave Los Angeles a 99-97 lead with 4:15 remaining. They would lead by as many as eight in the final minute.

It is Los Angeles' sixth comeback victory this season when trailing by 15 or more at any point.

James Harden led Houston with 30 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists before fouling out with 1:24 remaining. It is his 32nd consecutive game where he has scored 30 or more points, overtaking Wilt Chamberlain for the second-longest streak in NBA history. Chamberlain also holds the record at 65 games.

Chris Paul added 23 points before also fouling out.

The Lakers trailed by 19 midway through the third quarter and 86-72 with 3:55 remaining in the period before rallying back. They closed the quarter on a 9-2 run as Kyle Kuzma scored five and James had four to trail 90-83 going into the fourth.

Houston led 32-22 at the end of the first quarter when it ended the period with eight straight points, including back-to-back 3-pointers by Faried and Austin Rivers.

Harden's jumper gave the Rockets a 52-39 advantage with 4:20 remaining before the Lakers went on an 9-0 run. The Rockets would lead 58-52 at halftime.

CAPELA RETURNS

Houston center Clint Capela returned to the lineup for the first time since Jan. 13 and had a double-double. Capela - who had 12 points and 10 rebounds - suffered a right thumb injury against Orlando and missed 15 games.

TIP-INS

Rockets: It is only the fifth loss for Houston in 33 games when it has led after three quarters.

Lakers: G Mike Muscala missed the game due to a sprained right ankle.

UP NEXT

Rockets: Travel to the Golden State Warriors on Saturday night.

Lakers: Visit the New Orleans Pelicans on Saturday night.

My national squad just beat Serbia yesterday. We are real underdogs relying on a bunch of youngsters.
And now this.

What a lucky day.

some quotes from the reddit thread...

Quote:

healthy rockets lost to a lakers team with a team that doesn't even play team ball lmao

Rockets fans crying they didn't get the usual bulls#$t azz calls they normally get. Delusional.

There were bs calls all night on both sides, it was a disgusting game of basketball. For us and for yall

shoutout to that Raptors fan who said “pLaYoFf LeBrOn CaN dO aNyThInG” while the Lakers were down lmfao looking dumb now

WE WANT JAIME MAGGIO

I’m no rockets fan but that was some serious pro lakers bs at the end

LeBron: “Alright, what a great win. Now we can take it a little easy for the rest of the season.”

Magic: “Uh, Bron? We’ve gotta win like 18 more of the next 20 to make it to the playoffs.”

LeBron: “.......... I see.

Jason Hart, get me...... my headband.”

I'm glad this game is over so I can go back to loving LeBron.

Rockets 2 games away from 9th

it's pretty funny seeing the rockets getting f4c7ed by the refs

Celtics
yup, playoff referee mode has been activated

mvp of the game, Scott Foster

Rocket fans: I blame Tim Donaghy

(bleep) Chris Paul.

He could have ended Lebron's season.

Didn't know which team to expect tonight, got the typical response early and then I saw a team just play basketball and get after it hard and the result is they won the game.

Nice solid win, they need to build on this...don't go lay an egg against the Pelicans.
