Some men see things as they are, and ask why. I dream of things that never were ...and in this case a wall I could support. A wall of these receptacles as temp housing for the homeless in cold areas...

a few decades ago we would go down to skid row in Chicago (Racine and Madison area) during snow storms and bring bologna sandwiches newspaper gloves sun glasses (snow blindness was areal problem) to help the guys
They lived in boxes over the sewer grates because the sewer water was warmer than the air temp.
These things would have been like the lap of luxury ...warm AND dry y knot
leaning into a telephone pole to avoid the driving snow is a skill they've mastered...I'v seen it first hand
Hearing people in need say 'bless you son' lasts a lifetime  |
