wow, the Falcons just took a DE John Cominsky in the 4th Round from the University of Charleston.....that is a small private Division II school in WV that just restarted their football program around 2005ish. He has to be the first player ever drafted from that school.

Jax takes Temple RB Ryquell Armstead....I really liked this kid. He is big, fast and hard to get on the ground with 1 guy.

I remember when the St. Louis Cardinals drafted kicker John Lee in the second round. That was when I became a Bear fan.

do you recall a few years ago when the Bucs trades up to the 2nd Round to draft Roberto Aguayo? that worked out great! It seems like the Bucs have not had a good kicker since Martin Gramatica.

On to the 6th Round.....getting to that point where as a player, you may prefer to not be drafted. Allow your agent to pick the place where you have the best chance to make the roster.

on the surface, it appears the Bengals got excellent value picking up Texas A&M RB Trayveon Williams with the 182nd pick

I was out of commission for the draft today, as I went to a 4AM showing of Avengers: Endgame and came home and went to sleep at around 8AM.

Really like what the Cardinals ended up doing in the draft, if you can get past the Rosen stuff. Butler at the top of Round 4 and Thompson at the top of Round 5 was great value, and Arizona has a promising WR corps of Kirk, Isabella, and Butler for Kyler in the years to come. Also liked Byron Murphy in Round 2, Zach Allen in Round 3, and I even like center Lamont Gaillard in Round 6.

This wasn't a depth draft for the Saints, obviously, and they'll need Marcus Davenport to show something this season to justify their trade up last year with the Packers. But I did really like their top 2 selections, and McCoy was an essential replacement for the retiring Max Unger, and CGJ in the 4th was a heist.

Though the Raiders reached for Ferrell at #4 overall, I liked a few of their other picks. Even if Mullen was also a little overdrafted imo, he can still end up as a good player. I think they came up with a lot of depth and a lot of guys that can actually contribute. Really like the pick of Isaiah Johnson in the 4th, as well as Renfrow in the 5th.

I think it's pretty crazy to think that Miami, Washington, and Denver all seem to have done quite well with their moves, as those have been very poorly-run franchises in the recent past. (Elway has been a disaster since their Super Bowl win.)

I like what Buffalo did. Oliver at #9 was a home run, and Ford in the 2nd Round was the same. Singletary has a chance to be their primary runner by next season, and I thought that Vosean Joseph was good value in the 5th, and same with Jaquan Johnson in the 6th. Even their 3rd Round TE, who caught 0 TD's, is a good athlete who may have been grossly misused at Ole Miss (Dawson Knox).

I tuned in only to see what the Texans were doing. Every year, I find it interesting to see how the real front offices compare to the pundits, bearing in mind that any of the pundits who was really a genius at assessing talent would be working for a team. On the other hand, a lot of the people in real front offices are going to be looking for a job before long.

I think I predicted earlier in this thread that someone would fall in love with Kyler Murray. Sure enough, they did. Maybe the Cards know what they're doing, but I think it is questionable logic to burn a #1 pick on a QB who is not even close to a sure thing. On the other hand, I'm sure a lot of fans heard the name Daniel Jones and had to run a Google search.
