NSFW : No Blood or Gore, but will still make your blood boil.
Quote:
A woman has been charged with murder after pushing a 74-year-old man off a bus and to his death.
The 25-year-old woman, Cadesha Bishop, was arrested after Las Vegas police released a video of the incident, and encouraging potential witnesses to come forward with any information they might have.
In the video, Ms Bishop can be seen speaking with Fournier after she entered the bus, and as he moved to get out of the vehicle with a metal cart.
As Fournier passes the suspect, she then pushes him from behind forcefully. He can be seen falling out of the bus and onto the sidewalk outside, landing on top of the metal cart he was carrying.

I sort of wish there were far higher cautions on all these type of videos nowadays<<not on your post.. on the videos themselves.. like The Internet.. not allowing everyone to click on them if possible.. make age category etc anything
You can press play on a brutal murder with the greatest of ease on our daily news channels.. no need for ogrish etc
Something about the child in me, or the repressed anger (I am trying to convert to compassion) that cannot or tries not to click on the videos..
I read the story earlier.. what hell her life must have been to be so disconnected from everything..
All he did was ask her to be kinder to the passengers as he walked by
These are awesome trigger stories though.. Difficult to not react in a heightened emotional state at such an injustice

I saw this earlier. If I have it right she had a child with her. If so a problem for the future is being cultivated. The news story said she walked by the elderly man and didn't offer any assistance. Also this happened awhile ago. The man recently died. The proverbially book should be thrown at her. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

(bleep) that. Her actions forfeit any compassion for her. She's a sociopath.

Still doesn't change that her life must've been hell... and yes her dna and personal decisions made her into a monster

Court records in Clark County, Nevada indicate Cadesha Bishop has a history of violence. In March of 2012, she was charged with battery in a domestic violence case. Bishop agreed to a plea deal in that case. The terms of the plea included that she had to complete community service, undergo “impulse control counseling” and to remain out of trouble.
Bishop faced battery charges again in January of 2013. Records show she pleaded guilty more than a year later. She agreed to a suspended jail sentence of 90 days, domestic violence counseling, and more community service.

An interesting thought, if this is a murder, she def pushed him causing his injuries and he died some time later from combo of his injury and his underlying (medical) condition(s), isn’t this legally the same to what happened with Eric Gardner choke hold (since choke hold is illegal for NYPD to use)?

I read a quote from her ex claiming the reason he had to separate for her was because of her extreme violence towards him.

I do not see the similarities at all. First, let me be clear, I thought the police were way over the line in the force used against Gardner.....but Gardner died right after the event. Also, while Gardner was allegedly guilty of only a very minor "crime" and some level of resisting.....this old man was guilty of nothing except asking the lady to be nicer to other passengers.

You don’t think both the NYPD and this woman cause deaths due to injury causing forced plus underlying condition (in case of Gardner, choke hold is illegal to use and medical examiner stated asphyxiation as cause of death)... I’m talking legally, maybe different legal rules for LEO on duty
F E A R I N G F O R HIS L I F E Ramsey Orta filmed the killing of Eric Garner.
The video traveled far, but it wouldn't get justice for his dead friend.
Instead, the NYPD would exact their revenge through targeted
harassment and eventually imprisonment — Orta's punishment for daring
to show the world police brutality.

Can you imagine the level of Impatience and Arrogance needed to Murder that man for R.J. Reynolds??
Really though.. how much longer do you think they
would have had to talk to Garner to get him to comply?
MAX 10 minutes? But murdering him was so much easier!
Wow.. so I go to research it.. OUR Protectors....

Pantaleo defense attorney Stu London said NYPD Chief Surgeon
Eli Kleinmanwas asked by the department’s Internal Affairs Bureau to
review the Garner case file. Kleinman is a specialist in hematology, the
study of blood.
London said that after Kleinman watched the video,
as well as a second video, apparently from inside a store, and
reviewing Garner’s autopsy, he wrote in a report dated
Dec. 10, 2014 that Pantaleo never put Garner into a chokehold.

Additional charges filed.

Cadesha Bishop, 25, previously faced a murder charge in the death of Serge Fournier. On Friday she also was indicted on one count of abuse of an older/vulnerable person resulting in death and battery resulting in substantial bodily harm of a victim age 60 or older.
Chief Deputy District Attorney Brad Turner called Bishop’s actions on March 21 “completely cold and calculated.” He said she and her young son stepped over Fournier as he lay on the bus stop concrete near Fremont and 13th streets.
